Took 7 weeks for my ring to come It s supposed to come this week From the US to Canada should not take that long China maybe but not the US The quality better be good but even if I like the ring I will never order from here again

Save your money
Save your money I received a gold ring with pearls two days ago One of the pearls has already fallen off of the ring This ring was 185 so it is ridiculous that it is so cheaply made Save your money I cannot figure out how to leave a review on their site

Shady and Manipulative Don t bother
I m not at all surprised to see that their 1 star section is 85 of the total reviews I m honestly more than disappointed--I m a bit disgusted with how Local Eclectic has chosen to manage their business I purchased a ring When I received it it looked nothing like the photo I emailed them and asked if it was possible to send me a different one They did as a new order Still looked nothing like the photo I emailed them back and said thank you for the new order but I d like my money back They refused and told me they can t offer a refund because they don t do refunds on exchanges which I was never told before making the decision to have them send a new one Then they said that my return was past the ten day policy It wasn t--I was within the time period for a return for the new order and even more so I ordered during their special holiday return policy which they didn t honor In their refusal email they said that they did me a favor by sending me another piece and that per their policy on the website they wouldn t give a refund I looked everywhere on their website I asked them to show me where They sent me the link to a page of their site that has nothing to do with our situation NO where did it say that once an item was exchanged you couldn t do a refund Not once I scoured every informational page on the website for over an hour This feels so icky and shady and I feel manipulated into making the choice I did Had I had all the information I wouldn t have chosen an exchange--I would have chosen a refund Don t bother ordering--the products don t look like the pictures they fall apart easily and this company does not care about its customers or service

Spent 170 on a gorgeous pair of earrings and the hinge closure broke off in about a month of wear They were from the family gold collection so I was expecting them to last forever or at least a little longer than a month pretty disappointing

Bad Service Products are cheaply made
Ordered a necklace and bracelet for my girlfriend on 12 18 for Christmas with Priority 2-3 day shipping to ensure it makes it in time Arrived January 9th and the necklace s pendant was broken stone fell out I asked for options on what they could do to help and they simply offered store credit for the necklace and would not pay for shipping of another item to me Customer service did not answer a single e-mail from my follow ups regarding the late shipments and refused to offer options to solve the problem or simply cover shipping on a replacement which is beyond standard practice Horrible service bad quality product

They re ignoring an order that s 3 weeks late
My order was processed Dec 4 but here we are on Dec 30 no Christmas gift ever arrived The customer service team never responded not even once to three emails asking for a refund Hard to believe this is an American company with that kind of customer service

Ordered a gorgeous pair of earrings made of solid gold and broke three days after arriving at my house This was extremely disappointing considering the price 200 and the heirloom quality that was promised Customer service was very curt and did not seem to have much interest in my satisfaction Honestly feel like I fell for a scam
