We have 10 holiday cottages and always use Long Eaton Appliance Company for all our appliances Their service is exemplary their staff both in-store and delivery are well-informed pleasant and polite - nothing is too much trouble We highly recommend this company

Excellent service from start to finish
From the moment I walked in to the showroom to the moment the chap left my house after installing my new machine I received a friendly and professional service The retail staff were all very helpful had really good knowledge and advice about their products and were able to answer any questions I asked I was served by Michael who gave me a great deal price compared to other companies and was a pleasure to do business with Installation was at a time that suited me and was completed to a high standard by Reg and Sean The chap who installed the machine took time to explain the settings and features on the machine and gave me some good maintenance advice which was really helpful and said if I needed further assistance to just call which was very reassuring

I would just like to say a large thank you to all the staff in the showroom for helping me with my complicated appliance needs I have a very small kitchen therefore choice of appliances was an issue and they put me at ease straight away with the knowledge that I would be able to and did eventually help me with what I needed

The staff on the phone were helpful
The staff on the phone were helpful efficient The product that I wanted wasn t in stock but they sourced it quickly from the manufacturer it was very competitively priced The guy that delivered it was friendly helpful had it in place for me in no time Excellent service all round - would highly recommend them

Wayne the fitter that installed the appliance very professional friendly Although this was nt the experience when visiting the showroom in LongEaton The young salesman showed no interest when i visited Due to his attitude i nearly went elsewhere for the product The 5 star review was gained by Wayne not the showroom experience

Excellent service
The assistant was very helpful We had originally ordered a different cooker but it wasn t due to arrive for about a month So he sourced a different one for us and I think it is probably better than the one we had ordered As soon as the cooker arrived in store he telephoned us I would certainly recommend this store because of the helpfulness of the staff and the goods which they sell

Hi ordered a tumble dryer And had to swap but Gareth was very helpful and arrived on the day as expected and very early so didn t have to wait around works very and really happy with service would recommend and use again

Excellent firm
From start to finish I can t rate them high enough They kept us informed when the cooker was held up the delivery lads couldn t have been better I ve never dealt with them before but would do so again if needed without hesitation
