Good selection of beauty products and very bad refund policy I have ordered WOW hair mask during the Black Friday and after 2 weeks received a notification that it has been canceled due to no stock issue In those 2 weeks I was going back and forth trying to find out why the mask was so late as their Help Center is not really helpful and prompt Now I m waiting for 2 weeks already for a refund and no money was deposited on my card account As a regular consumer of other online shopping websites I can confidently say that this one will be deleted from my list Choose another website if you want satisfaction

Late delivery
I placed order on 8 April 2024 and I paid for fast delivery for 1-2 days and I really needed the items however I received the order after 6 days which is not acceptable I contacted them and they will refund me for the delivery cost But am upset with this feature as this is not the first time we order and choose the fast delivery but they deliver it after one week

In general it s a pain to order from you There is always some extra shipping cost customs cost on delivery and it s very inconvenient for people who live alone and are at work when the items are delivered Please sort this out and ensure that all costs are calculated at checkout Also Emirates Post never actually calls always misses the delivery and say that they tried to deliver and i have to call and sort it out this was the story last two times It s very inconvenient

One item from my order still didn t arrive not even shipped it seems it is out of stock Please update the website better so people can avoid ordering items that are currently not available An update on the 17th of November approximately 4 weeks after my order After several emails from Lookfantastic stating that they are trying to source the missing item I have received an email yesterday that the item is not available anymore The exact same item is still on their website in available status I had exactly the same experiment a year ago with a missing item

On my first order it took longer than the time stated for delivery Plus I received an email stating that one item was cancelled without any reason given since I had not cancelled it myself So I made another order for that item Am waiting to see if I will receive it or it will be cancelled again without explanation

Hi I have ordered 3x Rimmel foundations and your page didn t processed the payment I clicked on try again but I see now that the order didn t processed entirely Only sending 1 foundation instead of 3 So I paid 35AED for shipping which is more than 50 of the value of the foundation itself Not cool

A frustrating wait for 3 week delivery
First set of products arrived within 2-3 days The second set took 3 weeks and Emirates Post who I have found to be the worst delivery agent had the product in hand for nearly a week No communication on delivery estimate It only happened at the last minute I wasn t home and they couldn t leave it because I needed to pay AED30 80 VAT Frustration in waiting so long for my goods and more frustration in having to pay more money I never have this issue when items are delivered by DHL Fedex or Arame Emirates Post always has additional charges Lookfantastic needs to manage expectations If I knew it was going to take so long I would ve made my purchase somewhere else

-impossible to connect with costumer service Phone doesn t work chat doesn t work to write a mail you try to force me to create the account -I cannot track the shipment without creating the account - delivery wants extra money from me and they come in random time expecting to fine me at home to take the money If you decide to split the order they can do it many times - in the advertisement same day delivery in fact it few weeks - too many advertisement
