It was affordable and had a lot of options and brands to choose from but I wish that the payment process was easier because I had to go though a lot of steps to change my payment method Overall the high quality of the app website and products made all worth it

I love the products you have and I know I can trust the quality But I have a couple of issues First there seems to be stock issues of items that appear to be available on the website and that tends to be frustrating Second it is the second time I order and both times I experienced delays in delivery While communication is very much appreciated from your side but ensuring timely delivery would make customers happier Third I would appreciate finding more brands more choices and new items more often especially in the makeup category that I am very interested in For instance the ND palettes have had a coming soon tag for a while but they re still not available I d like to see these products coming faster Finally to end on a positive note I appreciate your very frequent discounts which allow me to consider buying things that are usually more expensive and I d like to see more of those

Products were easy to find It says deliverg 1-2 working days until i reached the checkout turns out uts 100 AED And for free you get 3-7 working days I understand that I should purchase above a certain amount but make it clear I chose you over amazon because I trust you store products better but amazon was cheaper and second day delivery

Your prices are usually good however you often don t say when a promotion is ending Also sometimes I get charged when it is delivered - it would be nice to know what those charges are going to be at the time of placing an order

Sites was super easy to navigate with lots of items available and great information A few more filters when searching through sales items might be helpful but still would definitely use again

It s my first time ordering a product with Lookfantastic To be honest I ordered thinking maybe I lost the money and they will not deliver D bcs I always order with other big e-commerce websites Well it went very well I received my order the next day with continuous updates on delivery Thank you so much team LF keep up the good work

Nanogen hair boost spray was available to order easily My suggestion to reduce your shipping cost Hopefully will get more discount on my next order Awaiting for the product to receive

All great so far website experience and offering Small hiccups on the app when trying to use Apple Pay and the fact that discounts are different between the two is a bit silly Big complaint is the shipping timeline of two weeks that is quite long with no option to speed up Also adding Byredo would be great

The shopping experience is good app still feels like I m shopping on a browser and not a native app so didn t see the point of keeping the app But good prices on the products but longer than expected delivery times Just some additional feedback re think how you word the various ways your promote your discount offerings none of the items qualified for the 5 25 off all orders or 30 off for all new app orders of 15 off for new customers These discounts are product specific and not for new customers app customers accordingly the get 5 or get 25 off everything is misleading

I m happy with the skincare products I received they were sealed and in a good condition The order took time to arrive however after inquiry they resolved the problem
