Is this a scam site When I requested payment my account was locked without any reason I sent an email asking for an explanation but got no response p s I saw lootup s reply after I rated this site but I couldn t reply so I edited the post here I have sent a response asking to check my account again Have a clear email and address but you never answered now you tell me to keep sending emails

LootUp me is a waste of time Don t bother

They have an authoritarian management team that is rigid and inflexible Their terms of use are toxic and allows for their admin to easily exploit their users by way of employing bans and restricting access due to supposed violations of their terms which can arise at any time There are countless users that have tens or even hundreds of dollars in rewards built up which the company was likely paid for by offerwall and yet bc of some alleged violation they will never see a dollar of it and there s nothing they can do Cool idea for a site but Terribly managed Poorly executed Users routinely exploited Overall LootUp is colossal waste of time In the end it only benefits their admins Much Better options FreeCash Freeward GainGG

Random ban and incompetent support

They banned me like a year ago out of nowhere I didn t even complete any offers and after writing the support to ask what happened they responded after a week without even answering my question The only info they gave me is that the account is banned

Account Suspended For No Reason

The Lootup Compliance Department haven t responded to my ticket yet It has been 2 days Lootup suspended by account about 2 or 3 months ago for no reason I didn t do anything wrong but they claim I breached their terms When I earn alot of money from surveys and win contests they ban me That is my theory They just don t want me to use their site because I am wining contests too much I also asked them what did I breach And they said they can t tell me because of security reasons It is so pathetic Lootup needs better staff from the compliance department and better policies

This site is scam

When I asked to pay they locked my account because they suspected I had created multiple accounts and used VPN or proxy or intentionally manipulate their rewards While I only use 1 account for computer and 1 phone to download the lootup app No VPN or proxy I sent a request for help to support but received no response Is this how they work

LOOTUP IS THE WORST SURVEY WEBSITEI ve now switched to Attapoll here s why Clicked redeem and all of a sudden my account was suspended Took me so long to earn the points and all I wanted was to splurge a little just to find out my account was suspended I contacted them and still no response but they are active on here Clearly shows they prioritise their reviews more than the actual customer experience They always reply with the same message saying Contact this email blah blah blah it s NONSENSE because I already did I find it bizarre that you reply on here but not to your actual emails on whom YOU tell customers to contact it just proves you re ignoring us RIDICULOUS
