This is my first time trying online

I liked the whole operation of lootup me but there are less surveys cint etc don t complete at all I don t recieve any mails from profileverify into my yahoo mail despite trials

I dislike when I spent a lot of time

i used to highly praised this site so much but now it become lesser due to deduction points on earning bonus imagine u get 50 on daily spin then they took this chance to cut half your points till the edge i get it it s their right to do so but don t take away the bonus points along not to mention their sister site Hideout has shut down their earning site which make every corner become almost trapped iykyk the frustration is pilling up months after months change should be good but on our side

May I know why my account was suddenly

EDITED I just tried to login into my account to find out that it is suspended and I have not received any money Can you help me with this problem This my first time trying online sites to make extra income and actually I didn t expect it to be that easy It takes me only one offer to win 6 by singing up for a free trial This is really awesome Thank you guys

It is a legit way to earn some extra

I dislike when I spent a lot of time and data bundles on a survey then get disqualified right in the middle of it or towards the end I also have times where I can go for days without receiving surveys to complete

Cancelled initial transfer

May I know why my account was suddenly suspended and I can t log in anymore Note this happened immediately I tried taking out the little money from Lootup in my paypal Are we not to withdraw the money

Lootup is trusted and reliable platform

It is a legit way to earn some extra cash on the side however the offers in my country South Africa are very limited so it took me a really long time to be able to make 5 dollars but I know in other countries they have better earning potential So I would advise they expand their pool with what they offer in certain countries outside of US and UK

The problem may have been with BitPay but I set up an account at BitPay then transferred an amount from Lootup Once the transaction was sent from Lootup I got a series of ID questions from BitPay which I answered I got a message that approval would take a couple of minutes or a couple of hours It took a week Long long story short after emails from both Lootup and Bitpay I sent messages to both customer services where of course I got the usual canned computer message with no solution Eventually Lootup cancelled the transaction and shortly after Bitpay approved the transaction I later made another transaction to see what would happen and that went through smoothly I will soon try another one to see what happens

I have been member on lootup since long

Lootup is trusted and reliable platform and the payment is pretty fast too but they are not very responsive when it comes to members problems I was suspended with 8 bucks for no reason so contacted them few days ago but got no response I thought this platform was worth my time but that s not the case

I am confused

I earn the minimum redemption by spinning the wheel I can t even complete a single survey because most of the time the browser freezes at that point or simply get rejected for no reason

There are many surveys that do not match

I have been member on lootup since long time never faced any issues with redemption and i always recieved the payment but since few days many users are facing log in issues through Facebook account including me There is no update from them on social media page about the issue and not even responding to the email sent to support on their official website They are partner of hideout too it is also not able to login through Facebook Now what s the situation of users who created their accounts using Facebook it s already been 3 days since the login trouble has started its my kind request for them to solve the issue soon
