Do NOT recommend this trash scam website They always respond with the same robotic responses and tell people to email them if they have any concerns which I have done TWICE and still have received no response regarding my suspended account which was done for no reason If you want to earn money through surveys this is not the site you want to use If I could give it 0 stars I would Very disappointed Don t even bother replying to this review lootup if your gonna respond with the same automated NPC bull crap robotic response

I finished Las Vegas casino offer for the equivalent of 75 and didn t get credit so I contacted support They wanted screen recording proof and I provided that They said they forwarded to the offer provider to confirm completion A week later I end up banned for no apparent reason I followed all the terms and services and asked support why I was banned and they gave me the generic Unfortunately at this time we are not able to reinstate your account I haven t done anything wrong i just completed 1 offer now I m banned

I tried this website a week ago I cashed out my points for a giftcard It said 1-3 days on the website then 1-2 days on a confirmation email and here I am still waiting for that giftcard for 7 days I check my account everyday and it says processing how long does it take you to send gift cards Definitely more than a week so far

Lootup me is not paying December 2023 Submitted a ticket about the issue of my pending redemption that is more than past 4 days yet they never reply on my ticket to fix the issue They re not paying

Lootup has poor service

I have pending redemption worth just over 9 20 they promise to pay within 2 business day however i receive nothing Their customer service assistance to fix issue are terrible it takes lot of days before you received a response Completing offers don t give points most of the time EXCEPT survey task

Wrote email Already been days no contact back from support I spent alot of time trying to complete game task to save money but when I withdraw and check a day later it says I am suspended waste of time and effort fr If they end up helping me solve this my review will change to 5 stars so well see

Huge waste of time and money

I wouldn t recommend LootUp you will be left disappointed to say the least Sometimes the rewards are given sometimes they aren t Payouts take a few days but don t complain too much about missing points or payouts taking too long to the customer support because you will be banned and lose all the money you earned

Legal action will be taken

Account was reinstated then suspended after withdrawal once again and I did not breach any terms of service and strictly followed all guidelines They obviously do not want to pay and for that it is theft thus illegal and all who were wrongfully suspended let s all take action and start filing lawsuits to this company right away I am not going to be playing these games with LootMe which is exactly what they should be named
