Unfortunately i am having the same issue as a lot of folks I have a tracking number but no updates since Nov and that shows the label was created I did the subscription box too as a gift for Christmas but looks like that is going to be an epic fail

I placed an order on 11 18 I have contacted them several times asking for a status on delivery and each time received this message Due to nationwide shipping volume you may experience a delay in receiving your order Please allow another business day to receive a tracking number You advertise yourself as a christian business Shame on you I ve asked you to contact several times asking for a reply If I do not hear from you within two days I will contact my credit card company

I placed my order on November 26th It was for 4 Christmas sweat shirts and the money was taken out my account 2 days later Its now 12 days later and my order still say the same thing as the 1st day i placed it I ordered the sweatshirts well in advance for family pictures we are taken on December 15th I have emailed this company a total of 8 times letting them know I need more information and finally I heard back from someone named Jessi yesterday on Dec 8th stating the same thing the main page on my order states I recommend not to order from this company I understand it s the holidays and the mail is delayed 4-5days but as a customer we do not deserve the lack of communication and updates on paid orders I chose to order from this company without looking at reviews but now I regret it

I have never been so disappointed in a company right now I placed order on 11 11 and went to check on it since I haven t received any updates It says it s unfulfilled So it hasn t even shipped yet I ve sent multiple messages asking about my order through the only form of contact they provide asked in FB comments on their FB ads and still no response I understand business being busy this time of year but to not respond after several attempts is rude and terrible customer service They ve already charged my credit card which is so wrong Most companies don t charge until items ship All I want is a response Some of the items were gifts

They put me on a monthly charge that I did not approve
I received my shirts but one was a xl I wanted to return but could only contact by e mail They said couldn t refund but could get a gift card So I gave it away Thought everything was OK they charged me 27 for so eclub they said I joined I didn t join a club Received some little box that I immediately took to post office as refused Now I m working with credit card company to get charge taken off I can t believe these are Christians I had to cancel my card and get a new one I will say though I liked the shirts I actually ordered and paid for

You would think a Christian based
You would think a Christian based company would do better It took forever to get two out of the three shirts that I ordered in November and they offered no explanation why the third one wasn t sent until I emailed them They tried to give a gift card but it didn t work I have been sending multiple emails for almost a week with no response I am very disappointed and will no longer order from this company I demand a refund for the purchase of the shirt that I did not get If no response I will turn them in to the BBB

It looks like I m in the same boat as a lot of others I order in mid November Order showed unfulfilled for ever Now I ve had a tracking number for several days but they re still waiting on package My order shows 2 items refunded but I ve only gotten one refund I will NEVER order from this place again Oh mine are all Christmas shirts too Guess I won t be wearing them this year
