Great service great product info great offers and discounts and great delivery I had been using a sling from a sling library but I had to rerun it so I was really glad to find it available at Love To Be Natural it was a Didysling I know I have probably said this too many times already but the product and service were both great

I just wanted to say how amazing Beth was at my consultation Her knowledge and understanding were incredible not to mention her patience and compassion I had booked a 1hr consultation but it took me over 2 and a half hours before I was finished as I had to keep stopping to feed my 2 week old We agreed that a Tula Free To Grow would best suit my needs I also asked for advice whether or not my husband could use the carrier as he is 6ft 4 And Beth said it would be fine and gave specific instructions on how he should wear it I m not practical at all so was a bit worried about using it correctly myself but with Beth s help and advice it s great Overall I m so impressed and thankful for her time and patience

Excellent all round service last week from the choice available to the advice to how good the website was and to the dispatch and delivery And free tracked delivery too And the staff are very knowledgable I think that deserves a special mention Beth especially who was telling me that she s been doing this for 15 years that level of experience is pretty invaluable and it really comes across She is able to show you lots of little tips and tricks that she s learned over the years things you can t learn from videos or if you buy your sling on amazon lol Plus she s so patient and friendly oh and the carrier itself is brilliant I got a Tula and I really love it I recommend highly

Great service fast shipping amazing product It was the live chat after sales help with Beth that was really impressive - I had question after question of whether or not I was using my sling correctly I sent her photos of how I was using it and positioning of my baby and she gave me hints and tips as to what adjustments I should make I basically had a free consultation she was amazing Thank you

Very happy with quality price and service Highly recommended I am new to baby wearing and a little overwhelmed so prior to my purchase I bombarded poor Beth with questions by email She was extremely helpful and I selected a wrap The wrap arrived promptly well packaged and reflected the image well The quality of the product was better than I expected for the fantastic price and the instructions are very clear
