A very knowledgeable team

Last Saturday we went for a car seat for our 2 year old who is on a low percentile We immediately felt extremely welcome by Kia and her team Initially we wanted a Britax Safeway M but after some information about various seats we changed our minds and went for an Axkid Minikid 2 one of the reasons was this seat having more options recline etc Kia has a high level of knowledge about car seat safety it is very interesting to listen to her She does not drive a hard sales but she speaks from mum to mum parent to parent Our new car seat was immediately installed and we are very happy with it Not only do they educate on car seat safety and sell car seats this shop also offers beautiful wooden toys a wide variety of baby slings and carriers and reusable nappies Don t worry about your little ones they have enough toys to keep them entertained whilst mum and dad are car seat shopping Truly a hidden gem

Kia was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable about rear facing car seats Within minutes of talking to her I knew coming to her was the right thing car seats are such a mind-field and she really helped to narrow my choices down I am definitely happy with the car seat I went with and she also fitted it in my car Her service was 100 throughout the appointment It was so nice to connect with someone who is a mum and knows how important it is to make the safe choices for our children also her passion and knowledge really showed how important she took her role

I had the best experience with the team

I had the best experience with the team members here I visited the shop and explained I was in a car accident and wanted an axkid model car seat to replace my old one I told her which one I was looking at and she gave me lots of figures including height weight pricing etc I then booked an appointment to try the car seats out when my car had been replaced she was so compassionate to my situation and helped me so much with the confidence with installing my new chosen car seat in the store and was happy to show me plenty more times in store before I collect and install it myself I wish more people knew about erf in the car seat world and this business is so so refreshing

Sling consultation for a baby and toddler

We had a sling consultation with Kia for our 5 month old and 2 5 year old and she was brilliant We were able to try a few different options selected by Kia after a discussion about what we needed and chose one to try out for the week Kia had some fantastic tips and tricks and showed us how to get the best out of the slings we already had and the ones we were hiring to test You can tell that Kia is passionate about helping people and the experience was just lovely from start to finish

Helpful practical advice

Bottom line helpful and friendly Not pushy Helped with a tricky car seat question and we ve bought a seat from them We needed help working out if we could fit 3 car seats in our 5 door hatchback They have us advice on where the the car we could safely try seats out and also fitted a demonstration seat in multiple different configurations so we could see what might work with the seats we already have We re really pleased we found them on Google and would recommend if your car seat question is not straight forward

Couldn t fault it

From the first point of contact via the live chat feature on the website communication and customer service was fantastic and quick Kia was so welcoming and passionate as well as extremely knowledgeable about Extended Rear Facing We received excellent advice and did not feel any sales pressure at all I also looked at the sling library and will definitely be going back for our baby carrier for our new baby Highly recommend and have done so already

Introduction to Babywearing - fantastic

Cariad Babi is an absolute gem We came here for an introduction to babywearing session which was completely invaluable for introducing us to the different styles of sling and for being able to practice putting one together with their specially weighted newborn doll - ideal for getting used to the process without needing to worry so much about the passenger We ll be back to make use of the sling library nappy library and car seat expertise for sure

Wish I came earlier

I honestly cannot rate Kia any higher Utterly amazing experience and she is so passionate friendly and non judgemental Breath of fresh air to walk into a shop not to feel pressured into buying something I had been struggling with all the information about car seat safety and Kia was able to simply break it down for me She was able to listen to my needs as a parent and help me find a seat that worked for me with a disability and my young daughter Thank you Kia for being so passionate about car seat safety and for helping us Really really appreciate it
