The engineer was extremely friendly and courteous Through no fault of the engineer there were were a few issues with parts but these were ironed out and the work was completed on time and to a very good standard throughout Detailed explanation of how the boiler worked was very appreciated and it left me with a clear understanding of its functionality and maintenance requirements

Chris did a great job servicing our boiler and repairing a fault with it He identified an issue caused by the original installer and made recommendations to get that rectified He turned up at the arranged time and was friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend Lodge Plumbing and Heating

We found Chris of Lodge Plumbing to be very helpful and extremely efficient We needed a boiler replacement and he visited us promptly sent us quotes - with a recommendation - within a matter of hours and arranged for one of his engineers to do the work within a couple of days Jason completed the work satisfactorily within a day and within a few hours we received all the paperwork including a gas safe certificate and a long term warranty Excellent all round

Outstanding experience from start to finish

We needed to completely replace an old heating system whilst an elderly and somewhat confused relative was still at home Chris came around in the early evening to accommodate a neighbour being with Mum whilst he did a quote He totally understood the dynamics at work here The responses were always timely and helpful whenever we contacted Claire the Angel in the office and Chris Within less than a week of calling for three quotes we had chosen Lodge Plumbing and Heating Services to do the job Chris went out of his way to add an extra item to the quote so we could compare apples to apples in the process So very helpful Mum LOVED the installer- said he was polite respectful and extremely tidy He left the site immaculately clean each time he did a job Very impressive Then Chris talked my husband and I through the online thermostat process I cannot speak highly enough of the service and kindness we received from start to finish Thank you Lodge Plumbing and Heating A family firm who clearly cares about our family
