The gas engineer has been very professional helpful and he explained me many things about the boiler whist he was checking He helped me with a leak in my radiator and he diagnosed the problem offering possible future solutions without taking advantage of it I was really happy with today s appointment I would say that you should send a reminder to your client for the future years

Really excellent John from Just Boilers came out and fixed a difficult to identify gas leak that was causing mini explosions when the boiler was used Pretty much saved our lives had we not called up Great service and SO much better than others that we ve hired in the past Just Boilers will be our go-to from now on

John my engineer actually came early while I was in a Teams meeting Showed him the boiler and he just got on with it He worked in a clean and tidy manner and gave me really useful advice on avoiding the problem in the future He was lovely the job was done efficiently and I m 100 happy

I originally saw Just Boilers Just Service SW18 had excellent reviews so asked them to service my boiler in the summer The other day the boiler stopped working so I called on a Sat morning to ask for a booking on Monday as I wanted to avoid an emergency weekend call out that cost me a fortune in the past Just Boilers called to say someone would come on the Sunday for normal charges I was delighted Colville arrived at the beginning of allotted time was super helpful then explained and fixed the problem He advised a part would need replacing at the next service I really like this company as they are fair and reasonable and respect customer s loyalty I would certainly use them again and have recommended them to friends

Honestly I wouldn t hesitate to use them again They have just finished replacing a boiler that had been in place for over thirty years in my mothers house Richard came around and gave us a very honest and decent appraisal of the work that needed doing that was followed up with a very fair quote Once the work was booked in the guys turned up on time worked straight through the day made very little noise and cleared up all the mess they finished what was a complicated job in a day and a half and left behind a very happy customer They have reinstalled my faith in the great British work man I am happy to recommend them to any one
