Didn t receive my order Was told I would receive a replacement which was over a week ago Tracking number has now been saying for 5 more days that sender is dispatching item Its now been almost a month since a placed my order Avoid at all costs as it looks like its Chinese on not USA as stated on the website Opening a dispute with my bank to get money back

I have had the same experience I have filed a dispute with my bank as well as BBB and the Federal Trade commission Everyone who has had this experience needs to do the same Your financial institution will get your money back and the company will be fined

Ordered a nail grinder from them online as my puppy and they immediately try and sell you a video on how to use their product then when they ve taken your money they tell you that you might be waiting 25 days for delivery Waste of time I ll have to buy another product while I m waiting AVOID Trying to get a cancellation and a refund no idea how long that will take

I ordered it October 3rd on October 4th

I ordered it October 3rd on October 4th I received an email notification that it was shipped with a tracking number Every time I try to track in the USPS website I received a message that it wasn t available at this time so when I talked to them they said the package has never reached them that a shipping label only was made It is now October 30th and I still have nothing The company keeps blaming shipping on covid-19 stuff that I ordered a week ago has come to me from USPS this is ridiculous

Ordered a nail grinder one month ago It has not arrived Order LUCKY-CC867D61-77A5-4F7C-9D97-8801A10E779EThe tracking link provided is useless The company won t cancel and refund I had to ask for a receipt which was emailed begrudgingly They do not provide returns I have to pay to return it IF it ever arrives Luckytail com appears to have zero customer appreciation or how to run an online business

Beware false reviews

If you look all the 5 stars are 1 review only highly suspect In reality the company gives no real dispatch details and are dragging their heels on a refund when it fails to be arrive 3 weeks later Pursuing a claim with my credit card provider

Stay clear

I am beginning to think this site is a scam I ordered a nail grinder almost two weeks ago My item has not arrived yet They sent me no email confirmation of my order so I have no tracking number They took the amount 54 99 from my account and have yet to provide me with any goods I have contacted customer services currently await their response I wish I had looked through the reviews It appears as though the good reviews are not genuine ones and the others have a shared experience of not receiving their item If you want this product order through Amazon instead
