My experience with this company was a disaster Mutiple calls and very polite in the beggining however when I decided to withdraw my intial deposit due to their several calls on daily basis and after reading some negative reviews they became more aggressive and did not respond in writing as per my request I have sent few reminders through my on line account and via email provided there has been no reponse It appears that they are not intrested in sending my intial deposit back to my account I have lost hope and now looking to RCMP if that my be my last resort In fact I am happy that I did not give them any furher money to feel sorry afterwards I am warning anyone who is thinkinig of using Lumietrad BE CAREFULL

I will keep on saying this is fake I have print screen as proof of there communication that s very bad The reviews on truspilot are fake If you want to withdraw your money they will find excuses not to support you Then they are very rude Then they will trade your money without your permission and lose all your money The what s app number is suddenly unavailable I really don t understand why Trustpilot does not protect people and stop scammers act on your platform I have print screens of everything

Having seen an ad Qantum 1i ad on Facebook that our 3 top billionaires supposedly set up for the benefit of the Australian people - their words I decided to invest the initial 250 Oz dollars stated Dec 2023 but found out its actually in US dollars -scam Luminetrade So far 4 different contacts who vehemently denied wrong currency stated and that it was not a London-based company although address on their email stated London Phone calls from all over Australia which I blocked but had assurance from my latest Account Mngr to only contact me via gmail and I would set up a phone call if needed so far so good Good news this week was that my investment had now doubled over 4 weeks to 500 Oz dollars but having logged in on their trading website it still shows my initial investment of 250 Oz dollars Now waiting for a phone call to explain
