Excited to receive my goods I was disappointed when reviewing my items there were items missing or wrongly shipped I contacted the customer care line and spoke to 2 lovely young ladies who actioned the missing item with a credit and a return and replacement of the incorrectly shipped item all of which happened within 24hours of my call The customer experience was exemplary
