Absolutely blown away with the quality

Absolutely blown away with the quality of the repair on my caravan work surface You can t even see where the repair is Wow Well worth the money as a replacement surface was more than double the price of the repair From the initial completing of the enquiry form to receiving the quote agreeing the quote and paying to the completion of the job the process was seamless Jack called me 20 mins before turning up and was polite and professional at all times Would recommend this company for any future work

Communication was great and booking through Magicman was easy Slightly unusual job removing a scorch mark from an errant fire log on a laminate wood floor so was really happy that they had a tradesperson local to me who could sort it out The guy came as planned and did a fantastic job I would definitely recommend and use again

This isn t a review for a repair however Last week I was stuck on the A41 due to getting a flat tire and a lovely technician of yours harry pulled over and changed it for me in heavy rain he wouldn t take any money off me and poor guy got absolutely drenched I just wanted to write this review as a thank you for saving the day Well done magicman you have some obviously amazing technicians super polite and friendly I will keep you in mind for future reference

Very professional took time and care

Very professional took time and care we were bit worried that the repair wasn t drying it took 4 days to dry would have liked to have been told this was normal

Magicman makes burn marks disappear

Our kitchen worktop suffered two ring burns from a very hot pan lid being placed on it Not only were there surface burn marks but also more serious damage where the laminate was blistered and burnt through We did not think it was repairable The technician from Magicman Spencer lived up to his name and restored the worktop to new condition saving us the substantial cost of total replacement We would challenge anyone to find where the repair was Spencer was an absolute gentleman whom we felt totally comfortable with leaving him to finish the job when we had to go out He is also very knowledgeable and experienced in the restoration of many types of surfaces He is a credit to the company

Excellent repair

The quote was quick and easy to obtain as was the payment made over the telephone by card The technician Stephen arrived promptly work professionally and made an outstanding repair to my chipped and scuffed stone resin shower tray I had bought a repair kit to do the job myself but his repair was far beyond anything I could achieve with the kit He worked for 2 hours with equipment I don t have available and the damage is now invisible I can t recommend this company highly enough I ve kept their contact details in case I need to use them again Well worth the money spent

Fabulous service from Luke Bowers who was a true artist in how he made my heavily chipped and dented wooden floors like new again as well as my kitchen worktops They have the right name as it s like he had waved a magic wand But I know it was his expertise experience patience and perfection that made the work of a very high standard True high qualified workmanship Thank you

Fantastic repair and work ethic

Our door required reparing after an attempted burglary Martin came out to repair our door which involved removing the burnt timber building the timber back up and painting the repaired area to match the existing door frame To say he did an excellent job is a complete understatement The repair is flawless We could not be happier with the work Alongside producing an excellent result Martin was polite professional and clearly took pride in his work An all round great guy I would recommend him without hesitation
