Read Before Purchasing

I placed an order in February 2024 After paying in- full I was first promised that I would receive my order by August 2024 then mid-September 2024 then end of September 2024 None of my communications were responded to after September 3 2024 for one month until I advised that I would be taking remedial action The response I received was superficial and did not answer the question This experience is consistent with others indicated here

Can t even answer emails

TWICE within 20 days I sent a simple request for information about the Victorian Hall Tree Bench SKU MBWJDT016-CUS I wanted to know the delivery price for Canada It seems to me that this is a relatively simple question that would have required a short answer Unfortunately I received NO ANSWER This is a very poor start as far as customer service is concerned I should point out that the purchase of this Hall tree bench was a first test with a view to acquiring in the coming months a series of coffee tables as well as a bed bed tables Given Mahogany Millworks inability to reply to two emails I obviously have no confidence in them I absolutely do not recommend this company

Beautiful Bed and Great Service
