Great quality turkish delight just like been back in turkey Will be ordering again so thankyou

I really wanted to buy Turkish delight from this company as gifts for friends As they mentioned packaging the ordered products together on their website I wanted to buy 6 x 500g of Turkish delight I attempted to contact them numerous times via their online form and also by email to ask about this All messages were ignored Sadly I do not feel confident to order from this company As they did not reply to my enquiries before I make a purchase I have no faith they would respond if there were any issue with any purchases Phone number did not connect In response to your reply which says I did not email you as well as the other times I attempted to contact you via your website contact form and trying to phone you please see the end of this message for the date time and email message My review mentions that I really did want to place an order of Turkish Delight from your company I did It all looks amazing I am disappointed that my repeated attempts to reach you via your website contact form email and calling the number listed on your website did not result in me reaching you as I am sure I would have placed an order if I had As I was a first time customer to you I was not confident to place the order Your existing customers will not feel this way and some new customers might not either My review is not an attempt to discredit your products in any way You have positive reviews about this It is simply my experience I wish you well with your business Email Sent 09 12 2024 19 22 hrs I sent Subject Product EnquiryHelloI am looking to order some Turkish Delight as gifts I sent an email to you via your website contact form Are you able to check and respond please Kind regards

Ordered mint Turkish delight and it was the worse I have ever tasted it seemed to be packed in flour rather than sugar and the lack of a mint taste was really noticeable Asked for a refund as its inedible but one not given Thanks for the response but the customer service is hopeless basically u have created a disgruntled customer by not refunding 16 quid which to me seems stupid but hey uts nit my business

I travel frequently to my home country Turkey and buy Turkish Delights all the time when I m there Back in the UK I find it quite hard to get the same quality as back home I gave Marveli Delights a try and I am very happy with their quality and service My parcel arrived two days later and it was very fresh delights you could tell Highly recommended

Exquisite Thrown right back to my childhood I had a teacher in infants who would pluck me out of class and teach me to read I see her face and hear her voice vividly she had an accent I don t know if she was herself was Turkish or just well travelled She would give me beautiful pieces of delight for a job well done I have never forgotten and hold it as fond memory These are the closest if not exact treats I remember I got a mixed bag of rolls fingers and cubes and every one is delightful Thankyou 5 stars I will return and recommend
