TERRIBLE

Terrible Opened account for a couple of days didn t go through interviews etc and decided to close the account Since then I am being harassed every day I have 2 calls on my phone every single day I emailed them complaining and asking them to remove all my data and haven t received a response and the calls have not stopped TERRIBLE

I created a profile but did not schedule an interview as I had second thoughts as to whether this type of investment was suitable for me This did not stop the company trying to contact me on several occasions and I had to block their number I am now receiving several silent voicemails a day from a caller who has withheld their number coincidence who can tell

INVESTORS BEWARE

The staff are NOT knowledgeable about artwork AT ALL during calls their main focus was my annual income and how much I would give them they are just hard core cold callers No matter my questions it was all about my bank acct INVESTORS BEWARE

I ve unsubscribed as I don t think this is a good fit for me So why do you keep emailing me It gives a poor impression of your company Are you really desperate for people to sign up invest Please update your marketing practices to actually unsubscribe people when they request you do so The same company has another listing on here with much worse feedback - why 2 listings Seems they are trying to clean reputation I originally reviewed them months ago they tried to take that review down on their other listing And I am STILL getting emails from them despite unsubscribing Happy to provide copy of email to Trustpilot for verification

I never finished the onboarding but still receive emails I asked them to remove several times but I never get a reply I would assume this behaviour also reflects the daily business

Relentless spam and breach of GDPR Two years ago I saw youtuber promote Masterworks I clicked a link to their website and tried to make an account The account would not be activated unless Masterworks spoke to me directly I refused to speak to Masterworks and tried to delete my account Two years later I am spammed daily by the same people I asked them to remove me from their mailing list - they ignored me I contacted their support to request removal from their mailing list - they ignored me I contacted them again giving a final warning - they ignored me I reported them to the ICO in the UK - they also ignored me Why are there GDPR laws if no one enforces them Why can I be fined for breach of GDPR but Masterworks can do whatever they like with my data I would never invest in this platform based on my experience with them AVOID AT ALL COSTS

i do not advise for people outside the USA

Simply forget about investing here if you are not in the USA they make it near enough impossible to withdraw any money the app is confusing and they push you to use the app it is missing key features then support tell you to use the desktop browser login then when you have another issue you need to use the app instead I have been trying just to withdraw money for about 6 weeks now I recommend you avoid this really bad customer experience they can take your money quickly enough though
