Jake made it very easy for me to initiate my first round of investments with Masterworks I m very impressed with the company and their staff are very helpful Very happy to be invested in a number of pieces and planning to add more to my portfolio

Experience was great - glad to now be diversified into ART If returns continue in the double-digits annually will be investing more Only negative I wanted to test the art market arena with a smaller investment for starters but felt a bit pressured to put up to 48K initially As a successful investor pressure does not work with me

I had to wait several days to be reviewed No other information was forthcoming until I had to call Once I made contact the issue was quickly resolved however I had hoped I would have been contacted by masterworks not the other way around Other than this my experience has been great Thank you Leonard

My first experience with the platform

I was assigned a representative Jessica who explained how everything worked and was very thorough and patient She then connected me to someone Alanna who helped me with the finances The follow-up was quick and well-explained They made the process very easy I look forward to a wonderful relationship with Masterworks

All around good experience so far

The advisor I spoke to was knowledgeable and surprisingly not pushy I was reluctant to schedule a call because I expected a pushy salesperson The website is well put together with a simple and sensical order process I was waiting on an ACH transfer to my bank account so I couldn t yet complete my sale but the website reserved my shares and made it easy to continue the next day after my transfer went through I m overall impressed and pretty happy so far

Matt was very welcoming of my questions and concerns about the safety of any investment I might make with Masterworks He took the time to answer each point courteously and completely until I felt more confident investing He even allowed me to begin with the minimum amount which would have been a red flag had he pushed for a higher amount Alanna walked me through setting up my account and linking the financial portion She also allowed me the time to look over the pages of legalese before I needed to sign Afterward Alanna told me how to explore other aspects of my account and encouraged me to download the Masterworks app
