Fantastic service and delivery

Fantastic service and delivery I made an order on line for six bespoke size pieces of mdf It was easy to order them I quickly realised the length size I had submitted needed to be slightly shorter and I called on a Saturday afternoon to see if I could amend the order Someone was there to answer the phone and was really helpful amending my order and reconfirming it to me on email I was emailed the day before delivery a couple of days later to confirm delivery and called on the morning to let me know the driver was on his way The mdf was cut perfectly and in perfect condition on delivery I received a follow up email from the company MD to check everything was ok The whole process from beginning to end was excellent - well done to all the team Thank you

Made an order for collection within 5 days received an email update to let me know what stage of the cutting process they were at Hadn t responded to this but received another update 3 days later with an apology for delay - appreciated that Still hadn t received a notification that it was ready for collection nearly two weeks later but received an email checking whether I had collected - I hadn t The team apologised for this and rectified by offering to delivery to my house free of charge Item arrived very well sealed cut and laminated to perfection Also once delivered they sent a follow up email to check that everything arrived and all was ok Very professional all round Would deffo use again
