Withdrawal still pending after 2hours 30 mins

I withdrew 650 at 20 42 tonight and it still hasent went in my bank but I withdrew another 10 about 5 minutes ago and this has went straight into my bank account My barclays card is fast withdrawl so why have I got the 10 but my 650 still says pending When ever I gave won on this site my money I withdraw is in my bank account straight away

having played on mecca for a long time i m not happy over the way i have been dealt with over a matter concerning a game i was playing crazy time i play 25 00 a spin i won on number 10 which paid 205 00 then10 came in again paid 55 00 i then noticed i had the 55 in my balance but not the 205 rang mecca straight away to be told oh yes we can see you have won the money and it s not been credited but we have to escalate to the team to look into have to wait 10 15 days ridiculous you know i won the money you know it was not credited so why do i have to wait it s not my fault game went wrong when mecca treats people like this it makes them think is it worth playing on this site if as loyal customers to mecca this is how we get treated i can t get 10 books and pay next week can i same thing really so mecca please credit my 205 into my account asap before i take the matter further thankyou

Don t bother

I m going to be on holiday next week near a Mecca bingo hall and contacted them via their website to ask whether I needed to become a member ahead of time This morning I got a response telling me that they d been unable to find my account details I had told them I didn t have one and suggesting that I checked to make sure I had contacted them via the email associated with my account I DON T HAVE AN ACCOUNT If this is what they re like when they don t have any of my personal info I shudder to think what they re like when they DO have it so I will play bingo somewhere else
