I didn t order anything yet from you guy s ever but after reading the reviews I m not shopping with you guys at all

Scam I ve been waiting three weeks and still says processing I bought a civil rights leaders hoodie and they never sent it I will be filing a complaint with my paypal

Black Byers Beware This is not I repeat NOT BLACK owned Their items are designed to target Black consumers audience I m always reluctant to purchase items online and this experience was an affirmation to why I don t and shouldn t I constantly research that companies are legit Black businesses unfortunately this time iI didn t Their merchandise are poorly made and the materials are cheap The returns and exchanges and customer service is horrible It takes 12-24 hours to contact customer service and their size chart is way off and NOT true to size and often times there are missing piece in the order Their website states items are custom designed but they are not its factory made Custom design typically asked for your measurements The return process are filled with barriers to navigate the process often leads to discouragement a sense of hopelessness and overwhelming to an individual I was asked to take a video of me opening my package to prove the item is missing Who takes videos of themselves opening their order They are offering me 50 off to exchange my item I had high hope for this company and customer service but the interaction was very disappointing and distasteful and unprofessional Do NOT waste your money time and energy Read the fine print I want to honour Black Owned businesses but this not but made to mislead Keep in mind custom designed often require your measurements because everyone body size are unique I hope my review is beneficial to the Black community Piece Ps This company also goes by various names

I purchased from this company via Facebook and can verify that with emailed receipts This company is horrible First they lead you to believe they are an African American owned business This is a LIE They are located in Singapore You cannot calls them only slow internet email messages That leads to the next BIG problem their shipping They ship with a horrible company that does not accurately update you on estimated delivery time or where your item is in realtime Then once your item slowly makes it to the US they turn it over to USPS but it then drops completely off shipping For days I wondered where my item was I opened a PayPal inquiry and two days later my item showed up in my mailbox Third problem The item quality was very low I excepted an item with the same quality look and feel as I could have purchased here in the US I got a light weight faded looking item DO NOT BUY from this company You will be completely disappointed Share this true and factual review on Facebook Instagram or any other social media to warn others they are being lied to and their purchase will be a huge disappointment

Do NOT order anything from this fraudulent company I am still waiting on something I ordered for a Xmas gift on November 11th Customer service is nonexistent

I ordered and top and leggings may 14th just received the top June 27th the item is sooo cheap looking and I did not get my leggings After multiple 5emails from the same person Tashard I wish I just would have kept on with my PayPal complaint STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONLINE SELLER The positive reviews couldn t be from real life consumers there is no way They deserve no stars and to be shut down

I ordered 5 items from Melaninful over 3 separate orders I received 2 of the 5 items Tracking information said I had I notified the company and received a response from Tashard telling me to check my mailbox I responded saying that I had and had also been to my servicing post office We exchanged several emails he ignored my request for a phone number with him continuing to tell me to check my mailbox Mind you one of the items I purchased was a rug WHICH WON T FIT IN A MAILBOX The tracker for the rug says it was delivered by San Francisco Express It doesn t say to where Please note that I live in Las Vegas I brought up that point Response again was to check my mailbox The rug was supposed to be a birthday gift for the leader of my group where one of our objectives is to promote supporting black businesses Go figure

For starters customer service is everything and there s sucks This company s responses to my emails were very rude and unprofessional The order takes forever to ship and even longer to get a tracking number Clothes are very cheap in quality and run extremely small If your item does not fit you have just wasted your money They don t offer any returns or exchanges I ll never shop here again

I thought I was buying black The company is a Chinese company who is profiting off black culture Hey black entrepreneurs this might be a good start up for someone I ll do more research before I buy black before making a purchase
