Stay Far Away From Them Wish I could give them 0 stars

I made a purchase April 16th for mother s day and never got my order After I sent a email asking about my purchase I received a email from a tracking site saying my delivery was delivered but no package I sent another email too the company explaining the situation and they said it shows on there side that the package is in transit Stay far away from this company there stealing people s money Horrible Order never showed at all I asked for a full refund and was told too wait 60 days before I could get a refund After the 60day wait my purchase of 34 75 was refunded but they only refunded 29 75

FRAUD

FRAUD - Find your items elsewhere This company is US based When you google earth the location it appears to have Korean writing on the office location They are not black owned nor proficient in filling orders I don t believe I will ever receive the two sweaters that I ordered It has been nearly 2 months since time of purchase and no delivery as of yet Please help to get this company offline Not sure what the problem is but - they cannot be trusted

This company is horrible I ordered an outfit the top was to large an the pants where to small an the fabric was cheap Then I ordered a set of African necklaces never received them complained to company they said they resent the order still haven t received my order An I paid for it this company is scandalous an need to be reported Don t buy from them Poor quality an bad business practices

Very Disappointed

I ordered something on 4 11 and i understand there are shipping delays due to Covid but i still haven t received my item and i ordered it for mothers day which has come and gone now I had to tell me mom she had no gift i honestly just want my money as this point I will never purchase anything else They say notify them if you have not received your item within 28 which is crazy in itself but i did 2 days ago still no response

I believe this company is a fraud I ordered a hooded dress with African print I received a large round neck shirt no hood and it is not a dress In emailing Tashard she is the person corresponding from the Melaninful customer support email address she tells me I cannot return the item I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and whoever else I can hopefully to resolve this MAO

Melaninful com is a Vietnamese Chinese Owned company using a fake california number and adress You can look up the trademark on uspto That s what I did It said Vietnamese A picture of the trademark is on Pinterest copy and past this in the Pinterest search bar Melaninful com a Vietnamese Chinese Owner company This is Highly disappointing being they sell all African and African America Pride Clothing and posing as Black Owned

Avoid Melanin Apparel

I bought a bathing suit that was way too small asked for a refund or an exchange and I was told the company does not do either based on sizing issues I would understand if this was a mistake on my part this is clearly a sizing issue on their end as it is not close to correct size
