Disappointed

The brewer looks fine as I thought it would do however I am greatly disappointed that there no filter papers included within the packaging thus I am not able to try it out properly I must know go out to purchase some filter papers separately hoping that my local supermarkets may stock the item in question I feel this is an oversight by the Company and reflects poorly on their customer interaction Regards- Disappointed Customer

Attempted to order two bags of coffee

Attempted to order two bags of coffee to make the most of the postage and try two different blends Both times although the form showed both and the price when I paid it showed just the one bag I emailed and made them aware but we re not helpful After a second email they offered 15 discount Very disappointing experience

I have dealt with Melitta previously and their service was excellent On this occasion delivery was prompt and delivery information comprehensive The products are of superior quality The three stars are for 1 The poor performance of the website I had to re-enter my order 4 times after the shopping trolley was wiped 3 times when I pressed Checkout 2 It was impossible to enter a discount code of 20 obtained from the purchase of Melitta filters I gave up with this after the 3rd deletion of the trolley

The order conformation took a long time

The order conformation took a long time to arrive So long I thought I had an incorrect address The delivery went from ready to collect to being delivered with no information in between However it was worth the wait great little coffee maker

We are repeat customers and are satisfied with the product but this time Supply was prompt and well communicated however the delivery was not in line with our instructions Having requested to be delivered to our nextdoor neighbours and received an email informing us this had happened we were a tad annoyed to discover the parcel had been left outside our house wedged between a box bush and a wall in an area exposed to rain The deliverer had broken branches of the bush in doing so
