Aromafresh coffee machine and grinder is easy to use although I find it a bit awkward having to put the machine on its back to clean the shute I attempted to order a spare jug but it is unavailable I do hope this is temporary as I would be very disappointed if I could not obtain one

Great products but website needs attention Multiple failures to purchase over Xmas then this purchase had to be repeated as the site crashed on attempted purchase and then I end up with two Never mind I ll use them but PLEASE check the functionality of your website

Coffee maker no 2 More than pleased with the first one Unfortunately the vacuum failed in jug number one and we were not able to source a replacement from you Hence purchase of maker two A bit disappointing really but we couldn t face a future without the consistently good and fresh coffee your makers produce

Good price quick delivery not opened yet as a Christmas present shame it came with Melitta tape emblazoned across the box

Great machine Makes great coffee The setup although managed would have been easier with an initial quick start up guide rather than looking at the manual but still ok Also the product should have come with a water filter however it did not come in the box Luckily I purchased several extra filters at the same time

Good product and makes nice coffee keeps it hot for about half hour but would have preferred it to be a bit hotter after standing
