The new Caffeo CI machine arrived on Tuesday 3 Dec and didn t work correctly It constantly had a Refill Beans message yet it ground the Melitta beans then dumped the ground beans plus the water into the waste bin below Only success was when we put already ground coffee into the ground coffee holder but we couldn t create a coffee from the bean grinding process Bought a German brand thinking it would be more reliable On a positive note when the problem was reported to Melitta they sent out a replacement immediately and organised collection of the faulty model The replacement arrived before the collection Melitta were out of stock of the colour we ordered so they offered the next model up the CI Touch which we accepted The new model has been fine but then it is a more expensive model so if you get what you pay for then you d expect higher quality The two models look almost identical except for a few more buttons on the front on the dearer model Haven t used the milk container yet but it makes good black coffee I can t complain about the service either so I d probably leave 5 stars if the Caffeo CI had not been faulty on arrival Perhaps it was mishandled in transit although the box was not damaged at all on arrival

Melitta coffee is so good I stock up for the year when it goes into the black Friday sale This year fortunately one of the bags was open but I m such a fan Im just going to use it first I m assuming it burst when pushed into the box with all the other bags A whole year of delicious coffee

Prompt delivery of coffee machine water filters but the loosely packed items were punctured in the Jiffy bag used A bit more care in packaging would have prevented this

The product arrived but it wasn t as quick as I thought it would be It was well packed Shiny It s a good coffee but not convinced it s as good as our SMEG Perhaps we need to experiment a bit more with the aromatic settings and quantities of water Watch this space

Easy to order the descaler I needed and delivery was quick I haven t tried the product yet but I m sure it will be good Only 4 stars given due to it being vastly over packaged A large box and unnecessary shredded cardboard was used to send two slim boxes which would easily have fitted in a jiffy bag

Very good experience The only reason it s not 5 stars is because there was no predicted delivery date provided Delivery was rapid but until the courier got the parcel I didn t know when it would come This is the second machine I have bought from Melitta the other one is still going strong this one is a gift

Good value products and prompt delivery Website could be more helpful in explaining differences in types of filter Some appeared to not require single-use filter paper or maybe they did impossible to tell

Good service just what i orded and fast dispatch just a few marks on the grinder i orded

A lovely coffee filter machine making a perfect cup of coffee Only problem is that it appears that the filters for this particular model are no longer available and the recommended one needs a little trimming to fit properly

Speedy service with polite delivery gentleman Goods wrapped well but easy to open
