Considering most Courier delivery services are running around like headless chickens due to this time of season I was amazed how Melitta managed to dispatch and deliver my package so quickly Ordered 19th Dec and Delivered on the Saturday 14 00hrs 21st December Standard shipping and Completely Free of Charge I didn t expect to get for Christmas Haven t used the product yet as it s a gift Well done Melitta and DPD

One of the packets of coffee had split once we contacted Melitta they offered to send out a new bag

Replaced the jar after 5 years as joints tend to soften with hot water used every day We re now good for another 5years minimum

Melitta have given me a first class service over several orders but most importantly they ve given me a top quality coffee machine I am so happy and impressed with my Melitta coffee machine from my morning espresso to our afternoon latte s made just how I like them

Very reasonable price for the filter paper so we ordered about a year s supply The product quality is excellent There was a problem with DPD but Melitta sorted it out immediately
