THESE PEOPLE ARE NOTHING MORE THAN COMMON CRIMINALS BUT YOU DO HAVE A RECOURSE DOCUMENT ALL CORRESPONDENCE WITH THEM AND SUBMIT A FRAUD CLAIM TO THE BANKING INSTITUTION YOU USED TO PAY THEM MY BANK REIMBURSED ME IN MINUTES AS THEY SENT A JACKET WITH THE SIZE TAG CUT OUT THAT WAS 6 SIZES TOO SMALL THEN WANTED ME TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE FOR THEIR ERROR DONT PLAY THEIR GAMES REPORT THEM TO YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY IT IS ALSO HELPFUL TO SEND THE LINKS TO THEIR BBB TRUSTPILOT AND GOOGLE REVIEW SITES

100 percent scam site No customer service They send you apparently whatever they have too much of so that you can pay to send it back And pay extra to get what you actually ordered Still hiding behind Covid rules in California to provide terrible customer service Can t get anyone by phone and apparently they mail once a day I can understand at least a little they are probably buried

Tux description does not reflect the suit

The Don Johnson Miami Vice White Suit Costume was described as the pants being adjustable 4 inches in or 2 inches out The adjustment required a TAILOR an important detail not mentioned in the description The description also neglected to mention the pants were not finished and needed to be hemmed Again an assumption on Menstuxedousa s part that everyone should know that that would be the case

If there was a choice to put ZERO stars I would This company is a total scam I have sent eight emails requesting a tracking number and all I get is a nonsensical response Why did I not read the reviews about this company They should be put out of business Please do not use this company Studio suits is so more competent and professional

I wish I would have read this review before I ordered This is one of the worst places I ve ever ordered from before in my life First I was informed my suit was on its way by email After about a week all communications were done by email around 3 or 4 am est I was than told that the suit as be damaged in a flooded warehouse I had to order another suit different style because all the suits were damaged in this flood Then two days later found out the suit was not damaged it has been shipped Keep in mind I had order the same suit from another company Had to call and cancel that suit because this people tuxedo had shipped the suit already I have not opened the box yet Because of the experience I have had with this company I don t want to look at it right now Will not order another suit from this company ever again STAY AWAY

Beware of purchases made at this company I placed an order on 12 4 23 53476 a Tuxedo and two bow tie set which were supposed to be shipped separately First of all I only received one set even though they tried to tell me they sent two and here it is 12 25 23 and still no resolution you can t talk to anyone live at the company and email communications are sorry just think if that was the tuxedo not delivered I am out of 29 99 and no response or my bow tie set I was expected Very sorry customer service never again and I will make sure to pass it on Join Bremond281-541-9361

Do not purchase from Mens Tuxedo USA First of all the sizing of the jacket was completely wrong I am a 44L I ordered a 44L the jacket was labeled 44L The sleeves were 2 inches too short and the jacket was not close to fitting looked like Chris Farley big guy wearing a little coat Second the jacket did not look the same as on line but the worst part is I paid 28 shipping to return and they have only credited me 75 of the cost of the tux Do no purchase from Mens Tuxedo USA

TERRIBLE COMPANY

Ordered tux hat and shoes with overnight shipping 12 28 tried contacting them to find out when items would arrive for 12 31 The site said the label was created but the items showed they did not leave the warehouse we emailed and called to no avail We then emailed them to cancel the order and heard nothing We then received the suit 1 4 and hat 1 5 and no shoes Have tried contacting them no word Started a return for a 20 restocking fee Insult to injury DO NOT USE THEM

I ordered a Burgundy Men s Dinner Jacket and it never shipped or arrived No communication I have a fedex tracking number and it shows label created but nothing ever went to them I called and the message was that customer service is not taking calls send an email I sent multiple emails and no response I would like my money back I am going to write a BBB review and I hope no one else experiences this I wish I had looked at the BBB before purchasing there are a lot of negative reviews out there for this company NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL
