I used mercado pago to pay a deposit on a product with one of their clients The client never delivered the product nor did they want to return the money Mercado Pago froze my account then told me in order to use it again I d have to pay the same amount to them that i paid the thieving seller So basically they re thieves too and don t care about their customers and only care to promote a culture of taking advantage of people

I am a Mercado Pago customer with a Peruvian C E Carnet de Extranjer a since September 2022 Recently on 24 February 2024 I changed my account user name e-mail address which triggered an ID re-verification plus block on the usage of my account and usage of my associated VISA debit banking card Now I am being told this block cannot be removed since they do not accept Peruvian C E s anymore
