Bad service delayed overnight shipping

This company Metals Depot really messed up We were renovating a kitchen and needed bars from them We called them on a Thursday and were very clear we needed them for overnight delivery They charged us about 100 for overnight and said they would be shipped overnight and get here by the time stated As we had a kitchen Reno well it would be Xmas on Saturday so Monday came and still no bars We called metals depot asking about our item - that s when they informed us they hadn t sent them yet so we requested a refund for the amount that we paid for overnight delivery They said they were still sending overnight even if it arrived 5-6 days later So why did they say they would send overnight And charge us almost 100 to do so - So we had to delay our contractors And even our counter install too Today was the day they were supposed to deliver them and they never arrived A few days ago we requested to speak to the owner Eddie and he refused to speak to us They threatened to cancel our order due to our complaining about the lateness Never again order from this company They do not deliver and when you have an owner who cannot even entertain talking with a customer that s a huge red flag
