Wonderful company and product I placed an order for a rain jacket for 200 and then that same day a few hours later it was on sale for 150 I contacted the company that same day and they were amazing They actually refunded me 50 so I could get the jacket for the discounted price Cannot speak highly enough about the customer service and the quality of their jackets

I know that this company is managing a new customer service team but someone always got back to me Even if it took a few days I also know their shipping was greatly impacted as much of the world has been Regardless of time and communication the Haileys Jacket was well worth the wait Its incredibly warm and stylish A jacket I will keep for my lifetime

Ordered the Lexi Coat

Ordered the Lexi Coat It arrived quickly but didn t fit The customer service was wonderful Although it took some time I managed to exchange it without any grief My new coat just arrived and I love it I can t wait to get a full season out of it next year

I bought my wife and myself new coats for the winter I purchased their waterproof wool coats The coats came within 14 days of me placing our order and the value and quality was much better than what I was expecting Now we have been slammed with hard rain and snow and the coats are keeping us warm and dry as advertised The performance is what is inspiring me to do this review My wife also just loves her coat we highly recommend a Mia Melon or One Man Outerwear coat

Product Quality is Great

I see lots of bad reviews too bad as the quality of their jackets is great I ve been wearing my One Man Outerwear jacket proudly for a couple of years now It looks sharp I get quite a few compliments and it s my go to jacket for business meetings too

I have had a Mia Melon jacket for a few years now and love it It s survived me wearing it daily in all kinds of weather I recently purchased a new one that I know I ll love just as much I ve received great customer service as well Can t recommend this company enough
