Terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service They do not appear to reply to chat messages or customer service e-mails when the conversation is not in relation to profit of a sale Still no acknowledgement or reply after 6 days even though they are live on chat Be sure to know what you are ordering as they also refuse to exchange products even though they are not legally allowed to refuse for on line purchases By looks of other reviews they appear to promise refunds but don t return your money anyway

I will never order directly from the Miller Harris UK website again I sent back a return of a perfume I paid 108 for with my information clearly labeled inside the parcel Tracking information shows it was delivered and I have emailed customer service multiple times asking for confirmation of my refund but they still cannot locate my parcel Good thing I paid for Klarna which is on my side since they verified the tracking information for the return and issued an express refund

DPD delivered my order from Miller Harris Parcel No 1550 4845 135 271 K to the wrong address There is no human being at Miller Harris to contact when errors like this happen Miller Harris can only be communicated with via bot or e mail There is no reassurance that errors such as this will be resolved Unsatisfactory

Covent Garden Store

I walk past the Covent Garden store daily to go to work and I always smell the nicest scent coming from the store so I had to come in on my lunch break I was immediately helped by an Asian lady whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask but she was extremely helpful efficient and made my experience at the store pleasant I will definitely be returning all because of her

I have just received my very first purchase from this lovely company and the perfumes smell devine and what i love the most is that they are all natural I placed my order only yesterday and received it today and i absolutely love all of the samples i chose and would also like to thank M H for my lovely free sample of Violet ida it is beautiful I ordered Rose silence Lost in the City peau santal and powdered veil and i will definitely be placing another order The perfumes came in lovely individual boxes sealed well abd when i had an enquiry M H responded and were very friendly Thank you so much for everything you are doing
