SCAM They wiped out my card I returned these toy cameras and they never refunded my money The worst part is that I never ordered this toy junk Every customer service person I talked to lied to me Thanks for taking all my money and leaving me and my child broke

Hands down the worst product I have

Hands down the worst product I have ever purchased This camera is pure junk it s buggy difficult to set up worst picture ever even in full light it s sooo bad The app that I downloaded form Apple Store was pure junk filled with google pop up adds Yes the app has google adds all over the place in some cases making it hard to see what you need to on the screen Battery life was terrible I swear 5 min and I was getting low battery error I called and emailed information I had from the transaction from pay pal 3 voice mails 3 emails zero response I opened a pay pal case and then I got a response they wanted me to send this piece of junk back so I did refund has been issued so should hit my account soon In mean time I purchase The Blink outdoor gen 4 cam with battery extend from Costco for 20 bucks more and could not be happier Oh and the supposed 12000 positive reviews on minipixcamera com are a joke there is no way there are that many satisfied customers on earth to think this is a 5 star product I hope this company get what they deserve for this miss representation Im sure they will be gone when that class action law suit hits em

MiniPix does not exist

This company if that is what it can be called is a SCAM Ordered these cameras for my niece and they never arrived I have emailed every contact I could find and they have all come back undeliverable What an awful thing to do to people

Very bad Camera and customer service from Mark and Victor or a Robot

The cameras do not operate unless are plugged in bad resolution do not pair easily and get off line several times in minutes bad camera do not buy

100 cheep nasty product not fit for purpose frustrating trying to set up SD card just falls out and keeps trying to get your credit card details thru sneaky overlaying adds i got refunded but not for postage out of pocket by 12 SCAM SCAM SCAM

Rubbish Chinese camera

Rubbish Chinese camera not British like they said it didn t work and made of plastic Customer service useless I returned it but never got my money back They said they never received it - nonsense Don t waste your time or money

This is a rip off don t buy it

They advertised the mini camera as a brilliant camera with all top spec so I ordered one via PayPal at 39 99 it went direct payment and I was charged 50 Pand p plus 4 99 for extended warranty which I never asked for I found out they had put a repeat charge on my bankcard and same on PayPal account so I canceled the card and informed PayPal to remove it when I received the camera it was laughable it was like a cheap child s toy it was absolute rubbish although it appears you can get in touch with them you can t this is just defrauding people please don t fall for there very clever adverts you will lose your money

What they really want is your credit card information

When I saw the advertisement for MInipix pop up on YouTube I knew exactly what was going on because I ve seen it before It s an old scam that has been pulled before with other cheap Chinese cameras The people behind Minipix are not trying to sell you a camera That is secondary to their actual goal of getting hold of your credit card number Once they do that you ll suddenly find that you ve been charged far more than the price of the camera or that suddenly you re been enrolled in a monthly service plan That is where the actual scam kicks in Don t be surprised if you start seeing fake profiles appearing on web sites like Nextdoor from people claiming that Minipix is the greatest camera ever made and how it saved them from being burglarized

I purchased the camera thinking that it was a great buy

I purchased the camera thinking that it would save me money and the hassle of setting up the traditional cameras but it was a waste of money and more headache to figure out how it works after a few attempts the camera did not work the QR code was in foreign language and when I tried to return it no one responded The whole advertisement is a hoax Please do not buy the mini pix camera you will lose money in the end
