Its normally my go to place but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon My feet does not feel like I have had a pedicure Definitely not worth the 30 odd I paid I could have literally done it my self at home My nails look so bad

Extremely poor Felt as if I was in a cattle market I asked how long a pedicure lasts 30-40 minutes we were in and out in under 30 minutes the service was atrocious really rough when dealing with my cuticles rushed massage gel left all over the skin and to top it off a hidden fee of 2 for the nail file and buffer Will never return Not like it used to be Extremely overpriced

I went for a soak off and gel manicure I was booked with a senior therapist I was left fora longer period than was required for the soak The treatment was not enjoyable and hard to enjoy the outcome because the therapist was not attentive and didn t do the whole process as described No cuticle tidy I was so disappointed with the service I received I sent an email with feedback Not only did the therapist claim to have done a cuticle tidy she went onto explain that perhaps I wasn t aware This added insult to injury After many emails back and forth they offered me 25 off my next treatment I have refused the offer as I have no faith in the service or the staff Instead I have asked for the monetary value So we will see I would not recommend Mint Leeds unfortunately the customer care integrity and honesty of the team are lacking

Just contacted Mint to ask how long gel toes usually last They said 2-3 weeks but can be upto 4 I said mine had started chipping after 1 half weeks Said because I hadn t been straight in when it happened there was nothing that they could do Explained I d contacted them as soon I was able to do so Over 45 the pedicure was They didn t want to know who the technician was etc so they could even make sure it doesn t happen to someone else Such a shame as I have regularly gone to this salon and my nails have always been perfect I won t ever go back

Not worth the money

Had a full set of acrylic nails on they charged 52 She made me bleed twice from the aggressive nail filing They made me pay for the nail files for an extra 2 because of covid reasons but wasn t given a choice at all My friend had a pedicure said on the website that it was a full pedicure treatment however for 40 didn t have any of the extra treatments that you normally get in a pedicure she literally just filed and painted and again was so aggressive with the filing that she had to move her foot away at one point For the prices they charged and the actual customer experience was not acceptable and not worth the prices

Do not go here for intimate waxing

My last bikini wax there was truly awful I paid extra for hot wax as usually that is less painful for me But when I got there the wax had been heated up WAY too much and so was extremely painful as the staff member applied it Also because the wax was so incredibly hot it wouldn t set properly or take all of the hair away so the woman kept having to reapply this lava onto my poor freshly waxed skin I was in so much pain the entire time I was almost in tears A very expensive excruciating experience which I won t be forgetting any time soon This was the Meadowhall branch

Pretty poor experience

Popped in for acrylic infill and basic mani polish for my sister After I paid they said I had to buy the buffer and shaper Compulsory purchase but should have been included in the price that I had already paid They could have a discount for those who bring theirs back next time Sisters nail tech got to work super fast Felt very rushed and then she cut my sisters finger which was really sore and bleeding My nail tech removed my old gel with just a file I have never had it removed like this before No soak no electric file no face mask for the tech who would be breathing in the files off gel particles When she finished there were still visible bits of my old colour which was black so very noticeable Pretty poor job all round I ll stick to my usual place where I have never had any issues

Very poor given the amount they charge Full pedicure and gel All I asked was for my toe nails to be short and the tops of my big nails to be painted Feet were soaked for approx 3 mins did put some scrum on Then hard skin remover used All skin was on paper towel on the persons knee wasn t changed or shook Then file and polish didn t paint one of the top of my toes Have my feet the quickest massage I have ever had and due to the same paper towel on her lap all the skin she removed was stuck to my feet Honestly they have no idea 31 minutes it took and cost 42 never again
