Better than Buffy

I ordered the miracle brand temperature regulating comforter I have been using it for over 1 month and WOW It s incredible For reference I have the buddy comforter that is supposed to regulate heat well but this one regulates heat MUCH better and is a great year round comforter I imagine I have stopped using my buddy comforter altogether because this allows me a much better experience for regulating body heat And it s so comfy and cozy even for these warmer spring nights I would absolutely recommend this to friends and family

Regret of the year 2022

This company is a scam I clearly purchased 4 bath towels that comes with 4 free bath towels and when my shipment came it was a queen sized bedsheet I tried to do an exchange and the customer service asked me to do top up and then only one day later she said I had to ship back the bedsheet from Singapore to US Why would anyone do that to begin with

So I was curious about these sheets and ordered a queen sheet set and paid extra for the extra lux since I must have soft sheets Shipped in great time received the order pre-washed the sheets as instructed and didn t love them as they are not soft enough for me Customer service was timely They confirmed I received what they considered extra lux and did provide a price adjustment that was credited almost immediately to my ccrd The free towel washcloth I really like They are not a scam They made effort to make it right Gonna probably check out the laundry sheets

I placed a Miracle Sheet Order on 03 08 2023 and accidently clicked the Wear and Tear Warranty I did not want this Andres and I emailed back and forth He worked with the Fullfilment Team and they removed the Wear and Tear Warranty and credited my Visa Acct He is a great asset to the company with his Great Customer Service Skills Thank you Andres I will definitely be ordering more Miracle Sheets I am telling my friends about Miacle Sheets Sincerely Rickey Tolbert

We absolutely loved the first set of sheets so much that we ordered a second pair directly from miracle the 2nd time Their customer service is top notch and we will be buying more items as they become available

Customer Service Is What Makes A Company Great vs Okay

I purchased products and ordered an extra set of sheets in error as they were on sale and didn t need the extra set This contacted a customer service rep who referred me to Andres Thank goodness He has made my purchase and return as painless as possible His customer service is excellent and I appreciate his follow through and wonderful attitude Andres counterpart played around with my purchase offering me a 10 discount to keep the sheets then 20 when I said no again I specifically asked for a credit to my original form of payment Then I never heard back from him I m wrote to Andres and he took care of it in 24 hours Andres deserve a mention on a review The other rep does not Again thank you for your help Andres I hope your supervisor sees this and promotes you to train others on good customer service Customer service is tantamount to making a purchase and or return successful and is rare Excellent customer service is even rarer Andres deserves much credit for me being a happy customer of Miracle Brand products

Miracle sheets are wonderful They are soft and fit my deep mattress perfectly I m recommending them to my friends and family

Best sheets EVER

I bought these sheets out of pure desperation I was waking every night multiple times due to night sweats Typically I would never spend over 100 on sheets but I had to figure out how to fix my sleep pattern With the 30 day return policy offered by Miracle Brand there wasn t the usual risk involved with purchasing something to only be dissatisfied again I LOVE THESE SHEETS They have truly changed my life No more night sweats since the first night I slept on them and have ordered 2 more sets Also saved money from the discounts offered after the 1st purchase I REALLY want the comforter and will most likely purchase it soon as well Miracle Brand Thank you so much I honestly believe you have saved my life at the very least have saved other people s lives that I come into contact with daily I was miserable and now I wake up refreshed ready for the day and pleasant again
