No refund of schoolfee

I studied a long distance MBA at Mount Kenya University starting in 2018 The process was smooth until I started my research They were disorganized in arranging defense meetings meeting would start late no presentation schedules issued so one had to wait until they are called upon Poor communication of meetings overall disrespectful of students time That aside they don t respond to emails for instance I have been asking them to correct my names on my certificate from when I joined Firstly I was told to wait until I m about to graduate Months to graduation they said that it was late to change Even after graduation it s 9 months No email responses to the responsible person by names of Mary I ve sent reminders until today They don t respond So it s frustrating and I don t recommend this university especially if you are studying long distance
