Outstanding customer service

When I received my order there was a problem with it and I sent an email right away to MLO They responded very quickly and sincerely apologized for the issue and promised to look into it further to make sure it didn t happen to anyone else Beyond that their solution was professional and quick and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful I would highly recommend this company they know how to treat their customers

MLO s customer service was excellent Every support team member was very helpful kind and knowledgeable about their products They took the time to offer replacements if your chosen product was out of stock or gave me the opportunity to wait for it They responded to my inquires within minutes I am a very satisfied customer and I recommend MLO s comfortable stylish products for everyone They sent notices about your shipments as well Also MLO s prices are very reasonable It was a pleasure doing business with them

Great Shoes

I have a feeling most of these bad reviews are either falsified or bots I just received my pair of shoes and first things I can say are fantastic quality Light comfortable extremely supportive good fitting awesome design and colours I ordered 11s and they fit exactly like they should The bag they came in is nice quality and didn t get ripped or torn during shipping which isn t the companies fault if that does happen take up a complaint with your shipping provider lmfao and they re super easy to slip on and tighten up I got the DNA T260s or whatever definitely a recommended company to buy from if you want affordable shoes that are arguably better than the expensive ones from name brands In my experience as I ve owned some overpriced Adidas shoes these are far better

I m usually a 10 5 in almost every shoe but you don t carry that so I went with 11 and they are the perfect fit VERY comfortable and look great I want to get the white next

2nd Order with MLO- WOW

I had placed my 2nd order with MLO as I loved getting the NRG series shoe in baby blue got me a DNA pair in white and black Except on accident I had forgotten to switch the size upon ordering So I quickly reached out to Support mind you it s like 1AM so I m really not expecting to hear from anyone till at least 8-9AM but NOPE I get a reply back from Support 15 min later the woman named Oleksandra notified their Logistics team right away and she even let me know when my size was updated along with an updated order receipt MLO definitely out does themselves with their shoes but it s also great to see their customer service blow my expectaions out the water I ve said it as of late MLO is my go to for shoes for real Not going to Nike Adidas etc to get a basic shoe for like 90 when I can shop with MLO get a way sicker shoe perhaps on sale for 20 less lol
