I purchased a multiple hoodies and shirts All of them were extremely dusty like make you sneeze dusty but I just dusted em off and kept it pushing Now anytime I put on the hoodie it leaves a mess of dust and pieces of material all over me Taking off the hoodie leaves a massive mess that I have to clean up This is a 60 hoodie Expensive does not always mean quality Please show somewhere else and actually make use of your money

I ll give them a zero stars if I can I ordered an item and my order was cancelled but I never got my refund back even after sending multiple emails asking for my refund basically me begging their customer service is absolutely horrible it s a scam avoid at all cost not worth the headache at all

I would give a 0 star if I could Their customer service is the worse I have experienced from all the brands I have shopped with I order a few items in September 2023 paying for a quick delivery I did not receive anything for about a month or any emails for customs to pay from the delivery company Once I had reached out to them I was told they will look into this After months of back and fourth with no answer as to what happened I would of expected a refund or something to compensate how poor the service has been It is now December and I have been told I need to wait another month before they can give me an answer to what has happened and if I am owed a refund even though the parcel never has arrived Used to be one of the brands I shopped with regularly but now I will not be shopping here again Poor customer service

If I could do less than 1 star I would My Wife s vehicle was broken into and her wallet was stolen Our bank card was used to make a purchase with MNML I have reached out to them multiple times and have received no cooperation Only one response from them was not an auto generated reply to my messages The one legitimate response I received did not offer assistance at all

The quality on everything but especially the sweatpants is absolutely horrible Sizing is also insanely off some pieces are way too small and some are way too big Don t order from here
