I have used Mobile Solution 3 times most recently yesterday 8 5 24 On each occasion the service has been excellent - I was kept fully informed of time scales and when one of my laptops was deemed beyond repair there was no attempt to do a bodge job and no charge was made for the diagnosis When I have been charged it was a very reasonable price Yesterday I wanted help with setting up my new device and was guided through the process again no charge and I wasn t made to feel daft Great company

Definitely 5 star service Phone beyond repair due to being very old and motherboard caput Two and a half hours later new phone purchased at reasonable price and everything transferred over from old phone with gmail info Kept updated the whole time and would not hesitate to recommend this friendly company
