Disgraceful customer services
Disgraceful customer services DO NOT BUY MONHOUSE PRODUCTS Between myself and my son we purchased 4 Monhouse oil heaters over Winter 2022 All four of these have been faulty Trying to get a response or help from them is impossible The ONLY WAY to contact them is via email They take weeks to reply if at all Putting people lives at risk They simply just don t care Biggest regret buying from them Stuck with a load of unusable heaters

Do not use monhouse
Used this company last year for my heated blanket Did not use during very hot summer Used from October to January Blanket broke contacted them 5 times with no reply then they said they would replace unit control nearly month later haven t heard a thing Hassle don t use them buy somewhere else

Have been waiting for an order to ship for over a week still nothing dispatched to DPD Have contacted vendor through website and Paypal dispute process Nothing back Please please avoid spending money with this company

Does this company even exist
Ordered an item payment showed as pending in my bank account The next day payment was removed No explanation from Monhouse You CANNOT contact this company by phone they have no phone number They have a generic email system on their web site but no one ever responds to it I am not convinced this company trades any longer Either way their Customer support is non-existent Just dead silence
