Communicating with Montway is so easy either via phone call email or online chat I could easily request a status on my pickup delivery or change contact information - which I had to do multiple times because I wasn t going to be available for the delivery Montway s customer service made it easy - and they were always polite helpful and quick to respond I was nervous about shipping a car from the West Coast to the East Coast - but Montway made it easy
