I ve been working with Shane for the last 2 months and it s the first time I ve been able to achieve and more importantly sustain the progress I ve made Shane has an extensive knowledge of nutrition and is on the cutting edge of all training techniques so whether you want to loose weight get bigger or improve your strength for a particular sport or activity Shane will be able to help Highly recommended

Shane had been working with me since October of 2020 During this time l have found Shane very helpful encouraging especially during the times l felt unmotivated He has great knowledge is more than willing to share his knowledge with you in anyway he can He is very supportive which I greatly appreciate especially at my age that I don t feel it s just for young fit people

Highly recommend-Smith-Fit
I signed up to Smith-Fit on January 4th 2021 My aim was to lose weight and make healthier food choices When i received my plan from Shane what i liked the most was the honesty in his nutritional advices and how easy it was to follow I received a pack with online tutorials about how to read the plan use apps such as my fitness pal sample meal plans my calorie intake any number of recipes all barcoded and ready to scan on my fitness pal This made life so much easier The work is done for me It s thought me how to read labels and calories I find i m eating foods that keep me fuller for longer and reduced any cravings I also have treats too as long as it s within my calories It s magic Shane is very personable and supportive i ve two weekly check ins Shane always has great words of encouragement even when a week hasn t gone according to plan I m down 4kg and counting i ve lost inches all over and fitting into clothes much better after the covid eating fiasco I ve seen real results in the short space of time i ve been with Smith-Fit i d highly recommend Shane to anyone just trust in the process

Shane is an extremely professional knowledgeable practical and patient nutrition coach Always positive always motivating yet always holding me to account I personally find his approach to things very straightforward and manageable what I have to do is made very clear and questions are encouraged Couldn t recommend him highly enough

Highly recommended
I always struggled with my weight I wasn t happy with my appearance or the food I was eating Shane helped me every step of the way and after 6 weeks I was delighted with my results I felt great looked good and was eating great meals Shane made it so easy and enjoyable Can t recommend this guy enough

Excellent service
Excellent service I ve lost 5 5kg with Shane so far His plan is very doable his meals are very easy to make and can all be found in aldi which was a big help With a check in twice weekly you are constantly accountable especially when it comes to the weekend I couldn t recommend Shane enough my whole approach to food has changed and I have so much more energy

Top class nutrition advice and support
I have been working with Shane Smith Fit for 2 months now and honestly cannot speak highly enough of my experience Not only are my physical results so far much better but also mentally I have a greater knowledge now of what my body needs and why because Shane has a way of communicating difficult things very simply He s very engaging and very supportive Looking forward to the months and years ahead

Before starting Shane s six week plan I was skinny and had a bit of fat around my hips Ever since starting Shane s plan I have learned what foods are right for me and I have lost a lot of body fat around my hips while putting on muscle at the same time

Supporting a lifestyle change
Did a 6 week program with Shane which we extended to 8 weeks and lost 4 5kg Shane checks in bi-weekly on progress and is happy to help with any questions Due to lockdown we had to improvise regarding workouts and Shane put together a number of challenging home sessions The information pack provided is eye opening and Shane arms you with the tools to make a maintainable lifestyle change Really recommend the program and have a trainer was the kick-start I needed
