Awful Followed all the instructions correctly and didn t even stay on an hour Do not waste your money Also they take down bad reviews on their website

Tooth gems

Bought the tooth gems kit Applied as per instructions on 3 different occasions and the max wear I got out of them was about 24 hrs No where near the weeks advertised Emailed them about this and they never got back to me Waste of money

very bad experience

They did not deliver the order and refused to reply to messages and then put the blame on the customer Really bad experience pls avoid them

The site removed my review

I wrote a review on their site but they took it down I wrote came with a dead battery luckily i had a spare the gems don t last followed the instructions perfectly but gems fell off within the hour except two which i still have on hasn t been 24 hours yet just pay to get it done professionally i got some done a year and a half ago and it s still on my teeth They seem to be removing reviews that are 3 stars or less

The gems don t stick to my teeth at all I spent ages trying I d even cure for 10mins and still nothing I got in touch with the customer service waited weeks for a reply only to be told that I must be doing something wrong I attempted to get in touch multiple times after that with no avail I finally heard back when I complained in a comment on their Instagram page I was told they d improved their glue and would be sending me a new one I still haven t received it and it s been months since I was promised that I keep chasing a year after I ordered the starter kit

DONT BOTHER

received my kit the liquid had spilled out so was unusable btw it had different stuff in it as advertised the stuff in the kit did not coincide with the instructions on the box so wouldn t know how to apply anyway i emailed them to get a refund got one reply then was ignored i then contacted on insta to get one reply then ignored again It s been 2 weeks since i ordered and nothings been done so had to open a dispute with the bank to get my money back So unprofessional

Doesn t even last a day

Followed instructions down to the letter however my tooth gem didn t even last 4 hours Annoyed to say the least considering how much I paid for this kit Would definitely consider ordering from elsewhere and wish I had read the reviews before ordering

Maybe save your money

Spend it elsewhere Sent the kit super quick no dispatch note or tracking number but due to the speed and the fact that it fits through the letterbox I didn t mind at all However the gems won t stick and I spent nearly 2 hours of my precious time trying Either faulty or their formula is a load of rubbish after all Of course customer service is mute and number is invalid
