Had a Moores Kitchen fitted 6 years ago started delaminating within the first two years they replaced the doors under the warranty and said there was an issue with the glue they used they sent me the doors and said I would have to get them fitted myself 5 5 years on all delaminating again absolute trash having to replace my kitchen after 5 years Stay well clear they clearly dont know what quality control is

Terrible quality materials
Have one of their kitchens in our new build and it is just awful The quality of the units is shocking The units scratch so easily even when using micro fibre cloths to clean We ve had chips out of our units appear seemingly overnight Replacement units don t fully colour match the old ones only 6 months older It s clear these kitchens are just mass produced cheap rubbish used by house builders to add a kitchen to a new build on the cheap Perhaps other kitchens from them are ok but given the experience we ve had I wouldn t go near Moores ever again

Very poor quality kitchen the finish is very nasty and cheap looking we also paid extra for this upgrade to our new build The corner post fitted was also the wrong clour that we decided to leave as we knew this kitchen was going asap kitchen is getting replaced today and only a year old I seriously can t wait to get it out our house

Awful quality
Awful quality Upgraded our kitchen in our new build and within two years of moving in the units were delaminating They replaced 5 doors and 3 years on they are delaminating yet again Poor quality rubbish and I would avoid at any cost Can t wait to rip this kitchen out one day when I can afford it and will certainly not be choosing this company ever Be warned everyone

Terrible company Avoid
Moved into newbuild Persimmon home Unfortunately they chose Moores for their kitchens Advice stay away from matt finish cupboards We didn t choose the finish in our home as it was already fitted when we bought Matt finish for doors shows up every bit of dirt grease and watermark Impossible to get clean and keep clean The material finish is a personal choice and burden so I don t blame Moores for this I m sure there are people out there that love their matt finish cupboard doors and are happy cleaning them 3 times a day However this finish also shows up all the installation scratches and laminate glue overspill on the edges and corners of the doors from the manufacture process This took days of scrubbing with soft cloths to get clean and not damage the surfaces We were given 20 off with Moores as part of our new home purchase in case we wanted any upgrades extras or accessories On messaging Moores it took an age to hear from them by email I had to call up to get any action weeks later We wanted extra cupboards for our utility room to match the kitchen next door Spec for quotation was sent off Again took ages to get a response Not very helpful on email with regard to fitting and unit choice selection Left to fend for myself rather than have a designer call and walk me through options and measurements Maybe they re used to dealing with professional fitters and don t care much for DIYers If this is the case don t offer discounts to new home buyers and appeal to average Joe on the street Having finally received a quote I queried whether it actually included all items I had specified The quote was extremely shorthand and full of categories numbers and not clear Itemisation in layman s terms is vital if you re dealing with average Joe Public who isn t a professional Another hint at them not really caring for DIYers I put my hands up and said I didn t understand the quote and wanted clarification and assurance it included all items I requested I was called back and assured I have this call recording from their data officer Once delivery finally arrived weeks later I realised the order was completely wrong Only included 1 cabinet and extra shelves 400 including a 20 discount Extortionate Calling up to find out what was wrong and to rectify I was apologised to for the mistake as the manager I spoke to went away and investigated all the emails and calls I was told that although I was mis-sold and falsely assured my quote was correct I had to pay for the rest of the units if I wanted them They kindly offered to meet me half way However this would cost me an extra 400 So if we were to go back and look at the full cost without discounts it would ve come to in excess of 1200 for 3 cupboards and extra shelves 3 times more than what I was told what it would cost on my spec If I had known this I would ve gone a different route as from the outset I did not enjoy my customer experience If I was paying that much for cupboards and their customer service I would ve moved on and left them to it I kindly refused their offer of meeting me half way and gave them my alternative option of moving forward full refund and they can come collect their unit and shelves Since this call I ve heard nothing from them in terms of processing the refund The people I ve spoken with on the telephone seem very pleasant So I suspect there is a distinct lack of direction and a poor company culture set by the Directors and lack of training for staff I feel for the employees as I m sure they have to deal with the shame of the company which really isn t their fault So be kind to them on the phone Avoid at all costs Persimmon Homes find a new supplier

Awful product avoid at all costs
Doors are delamination after 3 years apparently warranty is only for 2 years most reputable kittichen suppliers give you 5 years warranty Customer service told me I had my kitchen fitted in 2017 however my house was built in 2018 Then they told me my kitchen is white whe it is grey Awful product avoid at all cost St Modwen use them on their developments as they are cheap

Do not touch these kitchens with a bargepole
Moved into a new build property in February 2019 and the white gloss kitchen was supplied by Moores Before the initial 2 year builders guarantee had expired one of the end panels had gone yellow on the front trim and it was replaced Now 4 5 years since moving in there are several other front trim sections on end panels and cabinets that are yellowing badly which is very noticeable against the doors The welcome pack states to call them directly after the first 2 years - just to be told there is nothing they can do - the 2 year warranty has expired So it would seem that Moores deem a kitchen lasting just a couple of years to be acceptable Saw the neighbours having a new kitchen fitted the other week with the Moores one unceremoniously dumped in a skip - can only assume theirs was knackered too If they believed in the quality of their products they would offer at bare minimum a 5 year warranty Will now have to look into getting someone in to respray or wrap the kitchen at my own expense Failing that new kitchen what an absolute joke

Just Run there is no point only if I had read the reviews
I wanted to leave a bad review and just realised this company is pretty used to bad reviews and they don t seem to be bothered Perhaps when the poor reviews on builders are mainly about their kitchens Moores will be bothered The experience I had with buying a kitchen island and additional units from them is nothing but terrible I wish I had gone elsewhere for those and still match the design of the new build kitchen which is unfortunately Moores Horrendous customer service

Panels delaminate very quickly
Panels delaminate very quickly We had a door delaminate after a year and moores said it must be a faulty oven seal thats next to it we had this checked and it was fine Moore s replaced the door and it has delaminated again and the kitchen is now 5 years old and all the doors have delaminated between a year and now A kitchen should with stand the heat and this should not happen so quickly has you don t replace a kitchen every few years Customer service don t care a total disgrace of a kitchen supplier Ill never use them again or buy a new build that use Moore s has there kitchens are not fit for purpose
