MooMoo is a great app for me to have all the tools I need to analyze stocks on the go

Moomoo -- the worst user experience of all brokerage platforms

Moomoo has given me the worst user experience so far as a brokerage platform The website provided no way to get any customer help the investment platform is an automatic margin account setup which is geared towards borrowing money from the platform to maximize its profit and converting all investment activities into short term trading increasing investment risks for its customers Moomoo failed to keep its promise to pay such as rewards or signing bonus only after you decided to close account to leave and so far moomoo still failed to pay interview credit after one and a half months have passed suppose to pay in the next 5-10 business days after interview

So I found an offer for around 20 to install the app sign up and get approved and all and then deposit 1 so I figured I would use the app and take the extra 20 and invest it and go from there testing the app out Got to the point where you deposit the 1 after linking your bank account that they say they accept and they say it takes days to verify the transfer but they will front you whatever amount you deposit until then wellluckily I waited because I m sure they would charge reverse fees because that s what they did with the deposit Supposedly my very very very well known bank is not accepted on moomoo and they charged my a reversal fee of 5x the amount I deposited So before I knew this I tried one more time and again I got denied the transfer and charged 10x the amount I tried to deposit It took me all of 5 minutes to delete account uninstall app and write reviews here and on the AppStore in hopes of saving others from these whack jobs Oh and they never gave me the 20 for depositing and the website where I found the offer said they haven t had a single payout from moomoo Thanks moomoo P s my bank is huge but just out of sake of privacy I choose not to name it but my bank is ACH enabled just by providing the account and routing number which is what they would of needed no matter what so I shouldn t of been declined on the deposit for that reason like they said nor should they be spanking me with a fine whip that s 5x then 10x the transfer amount And why is it reversed if it was declined

Moomoo alot of fraud At 1st it say free for life after 2years it charged 1 per trade without informing you And after that you cannot set a sell price above 40 of the current stock price which is stupid means we must watch the stock all the time If we use the price notification sometime it will not work at all What worst is some of the stock you set sell price they automatic secretly sold half of your position without informing you at the end of the day with the current market price It super cheating I experience 4times at a lost and not dare to set sell price anymore I informed 3 of their different agent they just act blur and say i edit the price and sold my own After that i keep complain they just say someone will get back to me and it took 3months and the most funny thing is when that person get back to me link me back to the agent tell them what happen Ping pong ball without solution

Moomo was not a good experience

Moomo was not a good experience after I opened an account with them 2 days ago I tried to link my bank SSFCU to them but it didn t let me I ve been using my bank with 3 other brokers for years no problems There s no live chat only email text or phone calls on their support end After calling and texting and emailing them several times they said their system don t work with my bank and I should wire them the money Too complicated for me so I decided to shut down my account and that took a long time on the phone as well I do not recommend broker

Just opened an account following a link on your be that states one gets free STOCKS before i deposit any money thank God i wanted to the st their customer support it s non existent only a chat with a chat bot not a real human that s scarry So if that s the start it s not good Chat bot said was human but responses were automatically all the time and unable to explain the free STOCKS are not there you just enter some draw which is a type of lottery if you get lucky you might get some again the chat bot you replied automatic non definite answers when I asked how this works I find it preposterous and client abussive that they just take your money but give you zero support i use other platforms where I can actually talk to a real human as it should be
