Great Service

We had our house surveyed by Morguard and we are very very happy with our survey Gianni called me a couple of days before to make sure he was aware of any specific requirements I had when checking the house The day of the survey he came in the house around 830 and stayed the entire morning awaited some extra times for me to come to the property and he guided me through the house and made comments and suggestions on how to fix certain things 4 days later we received a very thorough and clear survey with some extra info about the house that we didn t expect It was also a pleasure to work with Gianni which was always very responsive and polite I would recommend Morguard very much

Rosanna Gianni were both great to deal with - friendly efficient and knowledgable Initially from shopping around I found the level of information and sample report from Morguard a cut above what others provided This great first impression continued from booking in a survey pre- post-survey calls and into the report itself I d absolutely recommend them

We re really happy with choosing Morguard to do our survey Everything about the interaction was awesome - the communication was clear informative and courteous the survey was thorough and done in a timely manner the report is well structured I particularly appreciate having the chance to discuss with the surveyor through all the observations and understand well the full picture as well as any details that are of interest Also the extensive knowledge of their staff was impressive I cannot recommend them enough Thank you so much for all the great work

Great experience

From the booking of the survey through to the receipt of the full report the service was great Rosanna booked me in and accommodated my requests and then Guy who carried out the survey not only phoned me beforehand to ask for any areas I wanted him to look into but also after the survey to talk through his findings Nothing was too much trouble I thought they provided a brilliant service in what is usually a very stressful time

Outstanding service from the very first contact with Rosanna answering my queries through the survey process and beyond Could not recommend more highly The survey itself is super detailed opted for level 3 and provides excellent guidance for next steps My uncle a qualified surveyor himself then visited the property with me to prioritise the work required and confirmed that the survey is excellent quality thorough and comprehensive Definitely worth the investment

We engaged Morguard for a Level 3 survey on a 3 bed semi-detached house we are buying Rosanna s communication was great and she went out of her way by moving diaries around to accommodate our tight timelines Gianni made sure to call us before the survey and listened carefully to all of our concerns and focus areas He then called after he was finished and spent an hour with us going through all his findings and explaining every detail we had a lot of questions We received a comprehensive report as promised within a few days along with an offer of further phone calls and clarifications if we need them We couldn t be happier with the service we received

Absolutely excellent

Absolutely excellent We have found the buying selling process very stressful with so many different professionals involved but this element was a breeze That is thanks to Rosanna and her welcoming and super efficient approach - she explained the process she booked us in quickly liaised with our estate agent and everything went ahead so smoothly from commission to reporting We got a detailed survey report which showed extreme attention to detail lots of images and explanations soon after the survey Even our sellers who were present at the survey contacted us to tell us that the surveyor -Gianni- was extremely thorough and very pleasant - they wished they had known about Morguard before they had done their survey Highly recommend - thank you Rosanna and Gianni

Great service by Rosanna and Gianni Thorough report and phone call follow up to discuss in detail which was very helpful as we re first time buyers so a lot of this is new to us Excellent value for money also compared to other quotes received Would throughly reccomend
