We instructed a level 2 home survey undertaken by Peter Garnham I was impressive that he made a call with me prior to the survey and asked for any particular issues we wanted him to look into He sent us the report swiftly only 2 days after the survey completed followed by another call to discuss his observations and issues that we should be aware of Upon reviewing the survey report I raised a couple of questions on a Saturday via email and on the same day I received his further advices with detail explanations to address my concerns Peter is responsive and he demonstrated his professional competence in answering my queries Definitely recommend him to others

Super Efficient Service

Our Surveyor was Erica Bond From start to finish she was friendly and helpful throughout We were contacted before the survey to see if we had any particular concerns or questions On the day Erica phoned us to give us an update regarding her findings which was great reassurance for us She then got the report to us the same night super efficient

I had a Red Book Valuation carried out

I had a Red Book Valuation carried out by Erica last week I have to say the whole process with Camsure was so easy and stress free from start to finish Once I had booked and paid for my valuation with the admin office Erica called me to clarify a few things before she visited my property On the day of my appointment Erica arrived on time and was so friendly and professional She managed to get my report over the next day too which I thought was excellent service Very impressed all round and would highly recommend especially Erica

Excellent After Care Service

Single first time buyer navigating the house buying experience for the first time I did my research for surveyors and found CamSure through its high Trustpilot rating They certainly didn t disappoint The booking process was very smooth and the survey was completed quickly back in July Jason rang me just before he entered the property to let me know he d call after he d finished Sure enough he did and explained things very clearly The report followed the next day and was very detailed but easy to understand Fast forward to October it s autumn and we ve had a lot of rain leading to a new damp patch at the house which the vendor disclosed to their solicitor My solicitor requested I get another survey done so I contacted CamSure to discuss my options The lady I spoke to was very helpful and ensured someone would look into it and contact me even if it wasn t immediate I didn t think anyone would but the next week I got a call from Jason He pulled up his report and talked me through the issue and possible causes for the damp He was very helpful and honest saying an additional survey feels over the top and gave me some very helpful advice and information even offering to look at any photos I might have of the new damp patch Even after we finished our phone call he emailed me to say he d looked at his photos again and ruled out one of the causes I really appreciated his help and expertise even though it was several months after he completed his survey It s very rare these days to get such good after care especially at no additional cost but CamSure went above and beyond to help put this anxious FTB at ease Thank you Jason

Saved us in excess 50k

Our surveyor had actually assisted a previous buyer who had pulled out of a purchase They highlighted serious structural faults which had been flagged in a previous survey which has saved us in excess of 50k They explained the issues in detail and answered many ignorant questions from me They offered to discuss the issues with me again after we had some time to stew over the information but the findings led to our decision to withdraw from the sale Thank you again Highly recommend

Fast and detailed

Survey was completed in the morning and I received the results by the evening Very impressive turnaround and the report was very detailed and helpful towards proceeding with the purchase
