We just purchased our first house and had the pleasure of vikki as our mortgage advisor Vikki was excellent from start to finish she was very professional but also friendly and knowledgeable there were many times with estate agents being difficult and vikki would sort things out with them straight away vikki always responded to emails quickly and had a can do attitude we cant reccomend vikki highly enough she made the whole process run efficiently and easily
