The dishes taste good and are varied I m not a vegetarian currently but it s pretty easy to add some meat to the dish or on the side I ve only had one problem with a delivery and that was because the box was banged up Although thankfully none of the boxes inside were damaged My other favorite thing is that the delivery box and materials are so easy to recycle

I needed to start eating better When I saw Mosaic I was hesitant but decided to try Historically I am a serious meat eater and I was filled with trepidation with my new choice but my first delivery came and I was in love I have been ordering meals from Mosaic since I don t miss the meat The flavor combinations the Mosaic chef creates are amazing My health has improved my fatigue level has improved and I don t have to cook if I don t want to anymore Try Mosaic you won t be disappointed

I ve been using Mosaic for 3 months now and have been very impressed by all aspects of the meal delivery service First as a busy dad of two young kids finding time to cook after work but before bedtime is very stressful It keeps me from spending time with the kids and forces me to cook quick unhealthy food Second as a vegetarian focused on minimizing environmental impact finding a meal delivery service that didn t focus on meat and didn t produce mountains of non-recyclable compostable waste was almost impossible Mosaic has checked all my boxes It lets us all eat healthy delicious food for dinner lunch gives me time back in my day and doesn t cost a fortune It s a win win

Healthy affordable convenience

I have tried a handful of plant-based meal delivery companies but Mosaic won me over and I now get a delivery of 12 items once per month The items are a good price generous in size healthy and pretty tasty plus the containers have very little plastic and can be recycled

I really like this meal service about the best I ran into a few issues and every time resolved Once they forgot to put all my shakes in I ordered 7 and got 2 but they quickly refunded Twice though the food came completely melted BUT this was more of a third party delivery issue- they delivered a day late each time which Mosaic has no control over They refunded or redelivered a new box Their customer service is top notch They also offered to choose a different carrier to have my next delivery Side note My bowl faves are the peanut tofu bowl Brussels and squash Moroccan vegetable and jack lentil plantain Pizzas spinach artichoke and BBQ seitan Smoothies PBJ cherry berry and strawberry tahini I highly recommend giving them a try

I ve been a subscriber of Mosaic frozen meals for over a year now I appreciate the convenience of healthy great-tasting lunches delivered to my office as well as having a few in the freezer at home for quick dinners The meals are excellent and they offer a lot of variety I m not vegan or a vegetarian but these don t need meat to make them tasty And the food tastes fresh If I didn t know that they are frozen meals I would never have guessed

Let me start by saying I try to eat minimal meat but don t see myself ever giving it up for good I was looking for a meal prep service not necessarily a plant-based one I decided to give it a try since it would help me consume less meat while giving me the convenience of a quick no-prep meal If I felt like I needed meat more regularly I d switch to another service These aren t good for a vegetarian vegan option They re good in their own right The few meals I ve tried that I didn t like were due to my tastes not the quality I ve been getting a monthly order since my first box many months ago and skip the meal prep for weekday lunches and sometimes dinner and breakfast too Additionally I was happy to see you can filter for higher protein meals since that is often a concern people have when trying to reduce meat consumption I m able to hit my nutrition goals easily
